Excellent product with great customer service and customizations

What do you like best about the product?
Monday is so easy to use, easy to customize and implement and also integrate. Customer support is excellent and prompt, the number of features is virtually endless and with the mobile app it makes frequesnt use a breeze. My company uses Monday in the pipeline and oilfield industry to keep projects on track, within time and budget, and Monday assists with all of this by assisting with customizations and meeting needs where EVERY OTHER PM programs have failed. We schedule, track, dispatch, bid, invoice, and share projects with customers, and other programs that integrate with Monday.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is the bucket price of seats for additional users, however, we will work with it and fill the additional seats as needed. The program and customer service is well worth the price.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems that Monday is actively solving is active crew assignements, time tracking, dispatching, automations within projects that are customizable, tracking, and GANTT charts all in one app. Most companies need 4 different programs to be integrated in order to do all of these things. Monday has mastered it all in one space.

Though sometimes in our line of work it seems repetitive to keep up with the Monday.com boards along with other things in person.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday is a highly intuitive platform where the set of features is easy to navigate and customization via integration and personalized logos is very easy to implement. None of my queries are left unresolved, their Support is very responsive. I have frequently used the platform for automating and collaborating task flow as well! This platform is ideal for new business as it cuts a lot of workload!
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no feature that cannot be accessed easily. Thus, I don't have any issues to raise.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday is quite an accessible platform which makes it very easy for new businesses to set up their team, assign tasks, and manage work!

What do you like best about the product?
I love the visibility and table/calendar views within monday.com. The visual layout of bullets, check marks and who is publishing who is very easy to review and see at a snapshot what is upcoming and what has been completed.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish we could have tertiary subitems rather than being stopped at subitems since I do not love needing to have so many 'groups'.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pulling conversations out of email and providing transparency to everyone on status and next steps.

What do you like best about the product?
There are a lot of easy to use templates available! Each template is user friendly and can be applied depending on the project that is being managed.

So far there is nothing I dislike about monday.com

What do you like best about the product?
The user-friendly interface and convenient service accessibility make project planning and monitoring simple and quick. Data inport and export are made simpler through integration with widely used programs like Google Sheets and Excel. The customer service is excellent and readily ready to address any inquiries.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be time-consuming to deal with the abundance of features and the requirement to manually enter all the data at first. The first implementation might be slowed considerably by this process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can easily resolve important business problems with Monday.com, including managing internal audit schedules, tracking invoices and payments, and coordinating duties across divisions.
