What do you like best about the product?
The platform of Monday provides a wide range of tools that help in assigning tasks and deadlines. The communication is quite clear and smooth as the necessities are visible to everyone on our team. Generating reports and conducting analysis has become one of the most simple tasks as this platform allows integration with other applications.
The collection of data is highly automated via implementation of the tools available on the dashboard which is quite intuitive and flexible to use. Thus, Monday is used quite often as it maximizes efficiency and a generous amount of our work is done on one platform.
My issues have been attended to in a reasonable span of time and queries are solved pretty quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not come across anything that needs improvement in my opinion.

The most eye-catching feature of Monday is that apart from letting you set goals for your team it also allows you to customize the dashboard according to the project requirements. Moreover, integration, collaboration, and data syncing help in automating workflow.

Monday.com doesnt just manage tasks, it manage chaos.Its a platform that truely adapts to our workflows, bringing everything together under one roof. Now out team seamlessly collaborate on projects withing the platform, tracking tickets across vendors is perfect and ensuring smooth onboarding for new hires is a much more efficient process.We litterally saved our time and now we are focusing on other tasks which is amazing. We have also discovered the power of form builder it allows us to tailor the system according to our needs and gather information exactly how we need it.
We highly recommend it to any team struggling with disorganized processess or information overload.

Monday has been a game changer for our team, unlike other project management tool that feels not flexible, this tool is incredibly flexible and lets us customize everything from boards, automations to views and reporting.
What do you dislike about the product?
Automation features is a great idea but it's not always reliable we encountered some situations where tasks get stuck in a loop, overall its amazing.

This tool tackles most of the problems that wasted our time before we use this tool, this tool provides us a platform with customizable boards to visualize the project we are working.

It is a platform that I use daily because it is easy to use, to explain and implement in areas it is easy to do so. When I have had problems, the support team responds in a timely manner. The features it has are very helpful for performing integrations.

The amount of automations is low in the low-cost range. It is costly for small businesses or startups.

Monday is easy to use and visually appealing when it comes to project management. The colors and drag and drop features make it easy to use and stay on tasks. They also offer templates that are easily customizable

What is our primary use case?
I used the tool for my assignment as I am a university student. I use the tool as a project management solution for presentations. I am using the tool to manage my final year presentation and thesis. As I am required to use a project management tool, I started to use monday.com, specifically because its interface is quite attractive and easy to use.
For project management purposes, I use monday.com to manage my timelines.
What is most valuable?
I don't really use the tool's advanced features, but I think it is quite convenient that I can just link the remaining timeline to calculate the set of end dates and the start dates. The tool can also auto-calculate the remaining days, and I can also figure out whether it is overdue or is still within the timeline that I had set, making things quite convenient for me.
What needs improvement?
The product fails to provide a free version for a long period of time. From an improvement perspective, the tool should provide its free version for a longer time. If I want to use the product after I have completed my assignment, or if I want to use it for some of my other projects, I don't really get to use it again.
For how long have I used the solution?
I have been using monday.com for two months. I am a user of the tool.
What do I think about the stability of the solution?
It is a stable solution. Stability-wise, I rate the solution an eight out of ten.

The tool's automation feature is not relevant for me because I don't really need it for my assignment.
I recommend the tool to others because it is easy to use, but I am not sure whether it would still be easy to use if you have more complex applications.

What do you like best about the product?
It is possible to create tasks in a detailed and intuitive manner. When a specific condition is satisfied, we use predefined automations to automatically alter a job's status. For example, we can set a task to Completed if all of its subtasks are completed.
Additionally, it provides Automation Templates, which we find really helpful in our product releases. For example, we can utilize one of these templates to automatically assign recurring tasks to the responsible parties.
What do you dislike about the product?
Particularly when managing multiple large and intricate dashboards, the program uses a lot of RAM. Having equipped equipment is advised.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have benefited greatly from the ability to organize tasks, integrate necessary tools, and automate operations. The tracking system is excellent, and choosing between the several visualization methods makes choosing bonuses much simpler.
