Outstanding for project and integrated process management
What do you like best about the product?
Resource management is one of the most important features for our teamwork. Monday.com makes teamwork easy, from task delegation to monitoring individual team members' workloads. The ability to visualize who is doing what and when they are available is essential to avoid over-assignment. Smooth and effective communication is further enhanced by the ability to attach files and bring up other team members in discussions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Better connectivity with third-party billing platforms and greater flexibility in rate sets are what we would like to see.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our team has been able to work together more successfully, handle business difficulties like deadline monitoring, and accomplish our goals together thanks to its tools and features, which range from discussions to deadlines.

What do you like best about the product?
In addition to answering quesrtions, three individuals collaborate in our billing department tp fpllow up on detention requests, POD requests, and docomentation requirements. monday.com helps us stay focused, organised, and capable of managing any issue that aries. i love monday's understated look. i also use and enjoy the CRM. Monday's colour choices are one of this subtle but beautiful aspects,
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no grievances. All i wanted was more time to explore and test out new features when certain plugins stop working or are supported, there is a lack of information and a tought luck we do wish that the tool included an instant messaging feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Each person is aware ot thier function and who to delegate specific responsibilities to in case they arise. It restricts the number of people who can work on a task at once, increasing team productivity. since we are a global busniess, it was challenging tp globalise information from various companies prior to monday; but, as of monday, they are all uniteed togethar.

What do you like best about the product?
monday.com provides us with a versatile and visually appealing platform on which to manage work-related tasks, projects, and processes via effective collaborative workflows. monday.com easy to use. monday.com enables excellent communication among numerous teams, task management and visibility, and product completon efficiency. We can quickly manage my pipeline by sending automatic emails, scheduling apoinyments and keeping all candidate informtion in one spot.Customer support is also very good.
What do you dislike about the product?
All are good in monday.com but improving integation with other software products, including CAD software for designers. Due to the inability of the activity log to be exported, some of users added data to it, resulting in the creation of an unintended data lake on the appliction.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
monday.com helps us to keep organized from a team collaboration tool to simply keeping track of our personal to-do list. monday.com is an excellent tool for organizing your thoughts, tasks, and personal notes, as well as keeping trank of recuring items. It is fairly open-ended and has numerous choices to suit how you operate. After a while, it felt simple as if we already knew the software. It helped us sta on track with our tasks and deadline while also reducing our errors.

What do you like best about the product?
I find that mondays make it simple for me ro organise my work, tag othetr team members when appropriate, and make revisions and updates as deadlines alter. Not only is it a very rewarding chore to label as 'Done' at the end, but its also a terrific source if truth for project progress. assitionally, monday.com provides useful automations that let the platform notify team members via email whenever a job is modified or finishad. it is also really beneficial that the "automations" interface with a lot ot the services we already use, like zoom, google drive and gmail.
What do you dislike about the product?
When i set up an automated to send emails to several recipients, the email is send to each recipient individually rather that all of them at once.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com is a project management and tracking platform that we utilise. we thought the usefulness and conveniense of use were good overraall. It can be difficult to successfully manage a high volume of projects manually. But monday.com solve this problem easily now we can manage multiple projects.

Monday.com can b use by our company to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements by setting up reminders, checklist and documentation tracking systems. Our team use this tool for streamlining process.this tool can help our team to keep data of expory dates, inventory levels and reorder points and it helps to ensuring that essential medications are always in stock.

Our team had nothing to dislike in this platform while we are using thi tool. This is best for our company.

I use monday.com every day for work because it is very useful application that makes my workflow easier and greatly assists me with its many featurws and integration. i'm able to design and monitor manufacturing plans.

Since I've only been using monday.com for a year, I can not yet provide any recommendations for enhancemants. If so, I would be pleased offer that criticism thereafter.

What do you like best about the product?
Once we understood the platform well, it became a very handy tool to streamline my daily tasks and as a content manager. I can track everything from a single interface, talk to writers, and get updates. So, overall it made things a lot easier when it comes to daily operations.

It took a little time to understand the interface. Also, some of our writers who are completely new took some time.

monday.com made it simple for me to manage all the tasks and be at the top of everything when it comes to daily operations. I just need to focus on one single platform for communication with my team and I can get a regular update on everything so that I can take proactive decisions.
It has been a fun process to learn how to use this and the things one can do.
