What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is intuitive, user friendly and completely customizable based on your needs and preference.
What do you dislike about the product?
Visibility to notes can be limited. Functionality is also somewhat limited.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com is a one-stop-shop for my team. It allows us to share documents, track progress on projects and delegate specific tasks. Collaboration is much easier and smoother which allows for timely project execution. I'm managing multiple projects and Monday.com keeps me organized and up to speed on the status of each project.

Using as LearnOps platform and proof of concept

What do you like best about the product?
I can use Monday to organize myself and my team in so many different capacities. I have my boards for just myself to stay organized, as well as for team projects. We use forms to gather spend requests from our different offices as well, which helps us to connect various teams, even if they don't utilize Monday for their day to day.
What do you dislike about the product?
There aren't a lot of downsides about Monday's capabilities. Our biggest hurdle is adaptation from our team since it is just one more platform to have open.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connecting multiple teams while working on projects to stay on the same page.

What do you like best about the product?
It is very organized and each group has it's own label, you can keep track of your clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
It does not keep the comments when I look up a profile, it changes it or does not keep track
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We utilize it for an RN system to document the assessments, complete transfers from SNF to ALF and keep track of the transition paperwork/TARs.
Monday. Com makes organizing my work so much easier and collaborating lots of fun.
What do you like best about the product?
I LOVE the organization Monday.com offers. It means EVERYTHING to me - to have a centralized workspace that helps keep all my project documents, files, communications, and milestones organized and easily accessible. It has REDUCED the time I'd spend searching for information and ensuring everyone is on the SAME page!

Fortunately, there isn't anything I dislike!!!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com is providing our team with greater efficiency! By eliminating the need to switch between multiple tools and platforms, this centralized workspace streamlines workflows and saves time, allowing our team members to focus more on productive tasks and less on administrative overhead.

What do you like best about the product?
Lots of views to organize (calendar, lists w/ subtasks, timeline, kanban, etc.) and prioritize tasks and forms for request handling
High customizable fields and ability to add automations like creating subtasks and moving tasks when it changes status

What do you dislike about the product?
Does not allow synced sharing of specific tasks between boards (really liked this feature in another app), though you can "connect" them to specific boards as reference
Can be a bit of a learning curve for people who haven't used similar tools, but you can make your boards as simple or complex as needed

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are an in-house marketing function that takes requests from rest of business and often deal with influx of unstructured requests via Slack, Monday helps bring structure to the requests that come in, as well as allow us to manage our own projects effectively.
Effective & Functional Platform that Helps to Keep Me Orgainzed
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing aboutMonday.com is having the ability to store all my updates for my candidates who are being onboarded in one place - it's a huge plus that it's set up to where we can add our recruiters/consultants in to view everything we update and post relating to their candidate. This platform helps streamline the onboarding process due to the ease of usage.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much! Monday.com is a great tool for what my company uses it for and I have not no issues at all using it and have not encountered any downsides.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I enjoy being able to docments the important aspects of the onboarding process that allow my team and the recuirters to all be on the same page. Being able to provide updates on Monday.com helps maintain our accuracy, helps to manage candidate onboarding records, and allows us as users to have a clear view of tasks that need to be prioriazed for us to be in compliance.
If they fix the "My Work" feature, I will rate it a 10. Until then, it's a 2.

Highly customizable interface, making it good for all sorts of teams to use
What do you dislike about the product?
The "My Work" feature randomly does not show tasks from all boards, which means it is unrealiable to use as a daily or weekly to-do list. This is a bug that customers have been reporting on the Monday Community forums for years.
