Saves time and is customisable. Automations and integrations works awesome.

Sometimes slow. Some features have bugs especially the forms.

We are using it for International Recruitment candidate onboarding.
All-in-One Solution with Great Support, Minor Usability Tweaks Needed
What do you like best about the product?
Everything is in one place, easily viewable, easily trackable. All work across the organisation can be shared and linked. For example risk escalation levels across the organisation. Really good support from Monday.com colleagues. Expecting daily usage in the future!
What do you dislike about the product?
A bit clunky sometimes and would like the boards to be locked in / not moveable for new users.

Great PMO solution in one place - gets rid of spreadsheets etc.

The automation features are easily accessible, and the platform is very user-friendly.

The range of opportunities can sometimes feel overwhelming, making it difficult to establish clear boundaries.

Creating a single source of truth for a department of around 100 people has made it much easier to locate information and work together effectively.

Great Task Visualization and Integration, Needs More Customizable Views
What do you like best about the product?
Helps visualize our team's tasks in one easy to use view and integrates with our email and teams so updates can be turned into notifications to keep everyone in the loop

Different ways to visualize the information could be more helpful - so just more advanced views which are segmented by user, by task type etc - making this a lot more flexible and customisable would help
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By having tasks documented and assigning owners and who is also responsible on these tasks/projects, we create accountability and makes everyone aware of what their role is in the processes we carry out - this avoids any tasks being missed or work being duplicated
