Super useful for effective organisation
What do you like best about the product?
I like how straightforward and clear monday is to use. I use it to organise my own tasks and to keep my work visible to management and the rest of the team. It's really useful to be able to show others my board and to see the boards of others so you know what people are currently working on. monday makes it easy for me to structure my tasks, tag other team members where relevant and make updates and edits when deadlines change. It's a great source of truth for project progress, and of course it's very satisfying to mark the task as 'Done' at the end! It's great that I can keep past tasks from a few months ago tucked away at the end of the board, so I always know what I was working on at any point in time. I also like the automation features and how personalisable you can make each board.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike anything! I enjoy using monday.com
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I know monday is used widely accross my organisation for internal project management and it works very well, but for me personally I mainly use it for work management and organisation. It's perfect for my needs and it's a go-to tool for me, always open on my desktop!

It also offers a centralized communication platform that makes it possible for team members to work together, exchange updates, and provide feedback on assignments all within the same workspace.

One of the most important elements when choosing Monday.com is the customization of the website. Each gaming table can be adapted to the particularities required. Other tools used by our organization are impervious to change and are difficult to use. Monday.com is simple to set up for those with a full license or free access. Everyone has the capacity to see the position of duties and components, and also collaborate on a single program. It can be as easy or difficult as it needs to be. It is very straightforward and, if needed, a spreadsheet import can be done and it transforms into a Cloud solution instantly. If you want a very simple entry with a few connections, you may be able to do that. If you need an extremely complicated system that spans many boards with automation, then you can do that.

While the capability may be ready and I am simply not familiar, I would like to be able to look at more user information.

Monday.com is ideal for those who require a platform that can be easily customized and implemented to keep track of things. Collaboration is highly blended, this makes the platform an exceptional one-stop shop for job management. Other tools we valued were immobile and required tons of information and input that we didn't feel were important at all. If you already adopted and enjoyed the legacy approach, this is probably not the time for you. possessing just one unified tracking system has eradicated the difficulty of jobs and consequences being left stranded. Of course, this relationship is directly tied to the consumer's billing account. Monday.com is a very economical shopping website with many price strata. We were able to choose the right value and not pay for services we don't need.

Nice UI. Simple to use. Colorful. Boards were easy to customize.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to tag tasks across projects/boards. It was too simply for Marketing teams that I was working on. I was an avid user of Wrike but couldn't get myself to use monday daily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were using it as a marketing team collaboration tool.
Monday is a very easy to use software for the workplace!

I love that monday.com was very easy for me to adapt to. When our company switched over to monday.com, it was easy for me to understand and to get a grasp on. It's very clear and concise and easy for you to communicate with co-workers through.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that I could add recurring dates to the calendar so I don't have to add them all separately.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are helping problems of miscommunication between coworkers and keeping everyone accountable.

The amount of things you can maintain, collaborate on, and integrate with your board.

The only item I wish the boards had was a more client-facing integration that allowed them to see the progress of their project.

The ability to collaborate and know which team member is doing which project and where they are at in the process.
Fantastic tool for organising workload within a team
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy Monday is to use and how you can keep track of what's going on within your team. I honestly don't know how I would work without it - it's revolutionised my working day.
What do you dislike about the product?
As I work part time, it can be difficult sometimes to keep up with notifications - a summary email each week would be handy to look at.

It solves the problem of communication within the team and making sure everyone knows what's going on.
Useful project management app for a limited amount of data
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is really good for controlling deadlines, projects, clients and other operational aspects of business. It can integrate automations with other platforms, including gmail. It's also very useful how it allows to input data from excel.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are many limitations for what you can do without acquiring an outside app, most of wich are paid separately, and the is a limit of how many elements are supported by each page.

Monday helps keeping track of what needs to be done, and the schedule of each project.
