Still getting used to it, more upsides so far
What do you like best about the product?
When we adopted monday.com, we needed a tool to manage multiple projects, and multiple timelines, and have visibility across all our offices around the world and with individuals working in remote locations. We started using the tool around February of 2023 so it have been almost a year now. The tool works exactly as advertised, we use it for all project management now, across different teams within the organization and across all our offices and distributed workforce. I especially enjoy the fact that we are able to see when an individual has seen a task, we can assign multiple people to multiple tasks and subtasks, there are detailed changelogs and reports that can be generated based on project status, task status, milestones, revenue and other parameters we want to measure. I also specifically enjoy the updates and inbox feature, where in s single view I can get caught up with everything that has happened across all the boards I'm subscribed to, even if I was not specifically mentioned in the update. It's a great way for me to keep track of what's going on all projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
The initial setup was left to our technical team, as we wanted to incorporate multiple automations to trigger specific tasks when a project for instance reaches a specific milestone etc. In addition to this, we also needed a way to track individual workloads and timelines for tasks. At the initial setup, our team encountered a bit of a learning curve but through trial and error we eventually got our automation setup. A snag we encountered after the setup though is that users needed to get into the habit of using the tool exactly how it had been initially envisioned, and there was some resistance as we were used to multiple spreadsheets being shared and communications happening mainly on Slack, so it took some time getting used to.

What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility when creating boards and automations along with the ease of use. As well as the security options we have with Enterprise.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to use autmations with mirrored items.

Creating automations has definitely gotten easier with Monday.

The UI is very professional,The customization options are impressive, allowing us to tailor our workspaces to fit our specific needs,it's a solid product and has been a critical portion of our operations, I am able to manage my pipeline easily with automated emails, and keeping all candidate information in one place. It is extremely user friendly.Monday.com has made things so smooth in our office

Customer support is a problem,Price is little expensive

It helps in divinding the workload ,and in prioratising our tasks and also in deleegating tasks
Monday.com is what I need for project management
What do you like best about the product?
The platform easily adapts to task tracking and management, allowing us to organize and prioritize work according to our workflow. This is especially useful due to our extensive use of offshore resources. Automating repetitive tasks and notifications saves time, which is even more noticeable given the ability to integrate Monday into other software (e.g. in Slack). The support team is always there to help and assist.
What do you dislike about the product?
The extensive customization could be a bit difficult to quickly pick up for the new users, and therefore the learning curve could be steeper than expected.

Repetitive tasks automation
Easy way to manage and track projects and results.
What do you like best about the product?
I can track all my projects in just one place, and not only that, but I'm also able to create specific views and zoom in on information when it's needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
When there are complex boards with a lot of information it's really slow to access the information or data. Also, for me is difficult to use advanced features as automatizations - but I know they are really useful!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before using Monday I needed to track a lot of projects and I had all the information in my mind, but it was difficult for my team to have a clear understanding of these projects and sometimes for me was the same. Now with Monday I have a clearer process for tracking projects and I can easily share this information with my team.
Good tool to help visualize workflow

Monday.com has a great user interface which made it easy for us to implement it with the team.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some limitations on the scheduling and timeline side, not nearly as robust as Microsoft Project Manager

Brings everyone on the same page as tasks are clear and assigned. Good way to implement accountability.

Monday has helped the team have better communication, reduce repetition of tasks and increase productivity. It has really helped me to organise my tasks by sprint.

Moving tasks to different boards takes lot of steps to complete.

Monday has eliminated task repetition within the team, and has allowed better collaboration. Also, it has improved time management and track achievement of OKRs.

The freedom to create, modify, and visualize in a colorful, didactic, and assertive way.
What do you dislike about the product?
The updates cause Monday to take a long time to return to normal, the site becomes very slow and does not load the files.
