Great experience of working on Monday platform!

What do you like best about the product?
I recently had a fantastic experience using the Monday platform, and I'm eager to share my positive feedback. The ease of use is truly remarkable; navigating through the platform is intuitive, and it didn't take me long to get comfortable with its features. One aspect is the exceptional customer support. Anytime I had a question or encountered an issue, the support team was prompt, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. This level of customer service significantly adds to the overall positive user experience. In terms of my usual usage of the Monday platform, it has become an indispensable tool for collaborating on projects with colleagues across the globe. The ability to create various projects and boards online has been a game-changer for our team, especially considering the international nature of our work. The platform has seamlessly integrated into our workflow, making communication and project management significantly more efficient.The richness of features on Monday is impressive. From creating detailed boards to organizing tasks and timelines, it provides a comprehensive set of tools that cater to our diverse needs. I appreciate the flexibility it offers, allowing us to tailor the platform to our specific requirement. the ease of integration with other apps and websites has been a standout feature. This has not only streamlined our work processes but has also saved us valuable time that would have been spent navigating between different tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only drawback I've noticed with Monday is its data consumption. It uses a significant amount of data, resulting in a slight decrease in speed when I try to expedite my tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collect all necessary data that positively affecets my workflow.Moreover I have a possibility to collaborate with my colleagues worldwide, discuss and create different projects.

Intuitive and visually pleasing tool

What do you like best about the product?
I use Monday.com almost daily to manage projects. Several aspects stand out:
1. Intuitive interface: it's a user-friendly tool with many features
2.customization options: great flexibility when it comes to personalizing boards, workflows to ensure perfect fit for you and your team
3.easy automations:Automating tasks is a game changer saving time and minimizing errors.
What do you dislike about the product?
Automating tasks is easy but still a few more advanced options are not possible (e.g. Exceptions to certains automations) .
Dashboard are great to use with many features for for the graphs a bit more
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solved us time, allowed for better collaboration and overview of the project work. Before we were using an excel but it soon became unreadable and were unable to collaborate all at the same time otherwise it would crash. We definitely benefited from our upgrade to Monday.com

Decent interface, Offers a lot. Too pricey

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to keep all your tasks set up in a streamlined way is one of the major pushes. Being able to set up different team spaces so that every team gets what they need is absolutely incredible. My favorite thing is that they offer their own forms that can be used for surveys with its own link and that information is automatically saved. No need for seperate interfaces (for example google forms) everything is one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
The prices for a team is not the best. They require a team to have a minimum of three. So even if you have a two person team, you have to pay for three seats.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They solved having to keep things seperate or having to build your own templates and forms. With their set up everything was available with a click. filling in information quickly and then adding the team members that need to see it was incredibly easier. Each team has their own designated private space so there was never an influx of notifications for all members.

Easy to use, good intergrations nice and simple to collaborate as a team! Quick custermer support

high pricing, no flexibility in pricing for low team sizes ( 1 or 10, nothing in between)

It's a great to-do-list
It reminds you of important task and helps to structure your time based on priorities

The possibility to create multiple categories/teams/projects

Everybody can see all the tickets even if not in the concerned team

It allows to keep traceof everything that's done by each member of the team, wich is useful to calculate the time spent on every task or project

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to manage tasks, communicate with team members and create dashboards for upper management and clients has been crucial to the success of our team and company. It is super easy to use which made integrating it into our workflow processes simple. We use it daily and appreciate the great customer support we have received when we have needed help solving or resolving any questions or issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
We would like to see the ability for guests to approve items.

What do you like best about the product?
Everyone can be on the same page and track who’s doing what and by when which eliminated process of unnecessary f/up emails. Great organization tool with helpful breakdowns for each who is using. Easy to understand and read; perfect status update tools and many more.
What do you dislike about the product?
Internet dependency, mobile app is not user friendly.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday is my main work tool and I use it daily. It helps me see what the team is working on and what is pending without the need to call or chat my colleagues. It is easy to use, intuitive and flexible to differents needs within the organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that the subtasks could me improved. For example inherit the columns of the main task and a better management of them. We usually don't use because we did not had a good experience in the past.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our projects and tasks of multiple teams. It benefits us because we can see all tasks, dates, people responsible and all information needed for our daily tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com has helped me a lot to keep up with my work. specialy with using the kanbam opition, it's easy, helpfull and when it comes to organization methods, monday.com really stands out
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes notifications get lost or don't notify me at all, which makes it kind of hard to pay attention to what my coworkers are tagging me in

Is solving the problem of prioritizing work activities and organizing demands by the company's different work groups, by organizing such demands, work flows more smoothly.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday has really helped us organise our workflow and we use automations to notify handover of tasks to the appropriate team member. I highly recommend Monday to anyone who likes to be organised!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is the pricing structure of seats. It's a big jump when you have a small team and are slowly growing
