Monday is my preferred tool as a founder
What do you like best about the product?
My team and I use Monday everyday.
• Helps me keep track of my day-to-day tasks as a founder;
• Helps me and the company keep track of our gosls & roadmap;
• Enabled my team (and different departments) to keep up on tasks, measure KPIs, be up to date on our objectives/results;
• Monday is amazing to engage with our clients, receive requests (via Forms), and it sets us apart from our competitors;
• It's an easy tool to use to share knowledge;
• Integrations are seamless!
We love it. :)

What do you dislike about the product?
Paying for 5 seats minimum (even if you don't use 5 seats) is a lot costly when you're starting a business. I wish there would be a pay-per-seat solution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
• Easy to track communication and workload;
• We can have almost everything in one place - which is great. Thanks to monday.com, we stopped using 3 other apps;
• Intuitive ways of keeping up with KPIs (both for the team and our clients);
• We're now way more organized with our clients.

Seamless project management with Monday.com
What do you like best about the product?

Not having a calendar format for updates
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com helps our company have a central place for all of our projects, allowing us to collaborate together seamlessly.
Easy to use and helped us automate many manual processes
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com has allowed us to automate many manual processes through forms and easy to automations. The learning curve was easy and did not require extensive coding skills. We utilize monday.com daily to track work and work processes. It has changed the way our team communicates and manges our scope of work.
What do you dislike about the product?
We would love the ability to add cc:s and attachments to automations. This would futher streamline some of our automations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Moved high touch manual processes to automation. It gives us more visibility into each other's work as the team grows
Monday.com Maximizes Productivity
What do you like best about the product?
Our team has been able to streamline communication across departments with Monday.com boards as well as integrations with our other software. Nearly every team uses it daily, because it's easy to use. We've also received quick support for issues, and it's was simple for us to set up for our purposes.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few things that are hard to customize, such as the ability to limit our users' abilities to only be able to tag themselves on a subitem while also adding a subitem for themselves. We also can't manage our email calendars, because Monday doesn't give us the ability to track multiple send dates for stories that are running in one place seamlessly while also allowing us to track multiple brands.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com helps us tackle complex, multi-stage projects seamlessly while ensuring everyone is up to date on project status.
Good but expensive and not very flexible in the business model

I like the temlates that you can use for everey use case.

good overviews and great working-toogether-tool
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have everything at one place. i don't need many tools beside monday. a greater ressource management would be nice like in float or other ressource management tools.
Great project tracking software that is customizable, but can use some features
What do you like best about the product?
The Monday.com platform is versatile and well-laid out, and allows relatively streamlined project, stakeholder, and document tracking across teams. I primarily use it for searching through current and past project work and for the most part the UI is well built for that purpose.
What do you dislike about the product?
Most of the downsides can come down to minor inconveniences, such as having an advanced search across project boards for specific keywords, looking within boards as opposed to just the title of the board. Additionally, notifications seem to always spam my inbox and phone whenever there is a notification for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The software primarily solves the issue of intra-team communication about project timelines, documents, and responsibilities, making it clear in a single place what needs to be done by who and when.
Monday helps make our processes efficient and low touch
What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity of creating customized boards, the clear tracking view and the automation templates.
What do you dislike about the product?
Filter views could be improved and blocking them to your needs so that no one and/or everyone has access to them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday provides visibility on our project requests and outlines our processes. It has significantly improved the way we work. We are no longer working in silos and can follow every task down its pipeline.

Simple and intuitive way that allows me to organize, summarizing in one word FLEXIBILITY.
What do you dislike about the product?
From the need to eventually have to open connected frames to load data from one frame to another.

The management of team activities and company demands for future projects.
Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
I really like how easy Monday is to use, and I also like that the training videos are short and sweet for new hires, who I send them to for ease of use.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no dislike about monday.com that I can think of at this time.

It helps out entire team be able to work together better and more effectively.
monday.com has transformed the way we work together!
What do you like best about the product?
In the past, we have struggled on work that required collaboration among multiple departments - for project planning and timelines, but most importantly - communication. We use monday.com as a basis for our meetings, accountability, deadlines and communicating changes to all involved so that the issues we formerly had with communicating changes and decisions have disappeared. It's a nice, central way for everyone to stay in the loop and have easy access to important resources.
The simplicity of the user interface makes it so that even our most "technically challenged" folks can use it effectively!

What do you dislike about the product?
As a small, non-profit organization, the cost is significant for us. As our users increase, our budget takes a significant hit every time the price increases. To this point, absorbing that has been worth it, but it causes us to keep tight controls on access . We'd rather everyone have access to this amazing tool, but we can't afford for everyone to have a full member account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The primary business problem that monday.com has solved for us is communication among all key stakeholders in a project team.
