Great for Project Management and team collaberation
What do you like best about the product?
This tool is excellent for managing projects, as well as the various stages or tasks involved. It proves especially useful when handling several projects simultaneously, and it also makes it easier to involve others in your projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the moment, I am unable to access my account on my mobile device because it does not meet the security requirements needed to be included on Microsoft's distribution portal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am running multiple projects at one time with different people and teams involved. This is a vital tool for me to be able to remember where I have got to on different projects and to ensure the relevant people are involved. from a manager perspective ti is helpful for oversight on other projects and the status of them.
Centralized Portfolio Management, Though a Bit Pricey
What do you like best about the product?
we can see our entire portfolio of work in one place, share updates with stakeholders - it's our single source of truth.
What do you dislike about the product?
it's a little expensive so you may want to consider Pro.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
we now have a centralized portfolio and a single source of truth for our stakeholders to track progress on tasks etc

User-Friendly Interface, But Dashboard Roll-Ups Need Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
friendly user interface (easy to use), good access types (I.e. viewer access for those outside of immediate project team).
What do you dislike about the product?
Roll up of boards & items / sub items can look clunky (no way to condense updates on dashboards / reports)
export to PDF isn't as flexible as it could be, no way to summarize / use as a high level tool to share with senior stakeholders.
Still trying to figure out how to move all reporting onto Monday.com so it's high level and intuiative enough for senior stakeholders.

The accessibility to certain services also the colour schemes don’t work being colourblind

Somestimes if i've made a specific notes, this can be deleted by someone else.

At times, the application can become slow, especially when a large amount of information is displayed on a single board.

We have always wanted to have a central hub for all aspects of our work (project management, HR, IT, support, finance). Monday.com is the foundation for a system that helps us address all those areas in a single environment.

Ease of managing project tasks and activities in a sequential manner.
What do you dislike about the product?
The search feature and the arrangements of multiple projects make it difficult to find in the portal.

It solves the problem of managing spreadsheets and charts for presentation, very easy to organize project activities.
Great Visual Dashboards, But Lacks Hierarchical Project Control
What do you like best about the product?
The dashboards are visually oriented, making them easier for non-technical users to navigate and use.
What do you dislike about the product?
No real hierarchical control for large orgs (like “master project → subprojects”).

I can instantly see which patterns are in sampling, approval, or production.
