Easily organises daily tasks

What do you like best about the product?
I love using monday.com to keep track of all incoming tasks from every department in one, easily accessible place. It helps to not only organise tasks and easily keep track of deadlines but also to liases with stakeholders quickly and efficently on each individual task. It is alot of different features that you can change and personalise to suit yours and your companys needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can take some time to adjust to the system and all that it offers but once you do its very user friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has helped stakeholders to comminuvate easily for each task and made scheduling and workflow management more visible and easier to stay on top of.

Great Project Management Tool

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to collaborate across teams; the ability to create projects, all the templates available, and integrations are an absolute plus.

Monday has allowed my team to become more efficient.

What do you dislike about the product?
On your board, there are subitem and column restrictions, I would like the ability to add unlimited sub-items and also the ability to change column categories by groups.

On each workspace, there are also restrictions for folders, I would like the ability to add folders within folders.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to keep clean and consicise data in one location, assigning timelines, and holding people accoutable for the items. monday.com serves as my agenda for all my meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some basics here. The ability to move an item from a sub category. Which requires that a conversion happens first.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to capture customer specific data allowing me to share that data, and giving my customer the ability to review and even add or update specific data. It's my guide for all my customer facing meetings creating opportunities to add, update, and check off items in real time. Capturing clear and accurate data and serving as my running agenda for all my following meetings.

What do you like best about the product?
We use it for a real estate team, we can see our active clients in a 'birds eye view' but also have a lot of details included (paperwork, staging, etc). We can change the views for different roles on the team. It's pretty user friendly. Our entire team uses monday daily. We have also tied it to a CRM, Miro and G-Suite
What do you dislike about the product?
There are so many things you can do with monday that sometimes you can overload yourself and then get paralyzed trying to figure out how to use, let alone incorporate, the options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were using a lot more systems before, we have reduced some of those systems and streamlined. Less apps constantly opened

What do you like best about the product?
It keeps everything organized, easy to access and very user friendly. Their customer support while having an issue are very helpful. They have anumber of features available to you, that make the experience that much better.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't aything I can think of that I dislike, I hink Monday thus far has done a great job at their wbesite.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping everything organized and alerts be of deadlines which helps us greatly in our business.

What do you like best about the product?
monday proves to be a completely dynamic and adaptive tool for different types of task organization. The platform also provides tools capable of providing accurate metrics and intuitive dashboards.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tool could provide easier integrations with Microsoft office-type software

Centralize information and provide dynamic information about the process in general.

Cannot live without this product!

What do you like best about the product?
Once you've used Monday.com as part of your workday, it is impossible to work without it. I have implemented this tool at the last 3 orgs. I have worked. Luckily management has supported this platform as well and found the value in it.

What's not to like? I guess the best thing about it is the EASE of using the boards. The tool is SO user friendly that after just a quick tutorial you can start using it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I know this sounds weird but it's addicting! You can't ever go back once you've been introduced to this tool. Throw away the "to do" list and pen and paper because Monday will spoil you!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Inbox and email overload!! Now that we can share information via a board we have cutdown on emails tenfold! No more waiting for someone to get back to you with an answer whent he data is at your fingertips and sharable across teams.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday makes it easy for me to see where different departments are at within projects for the company. We are able to communicate effectively and quickly via the @ and with the comments bubbles. My team and I are in Monday every day, multiple times a day. We constantly have it up on our monitors as it's an integral part of our workday. It was extremely easy to integrate within our department and teach to our new hires. It's become a staple and necessity for our work.
What do you dislike about the product?
The thing that is the most concerning about Monday would be the time it takes for large boards to load. I have a board with multiple dashboards on it and it's filled to the max with views, and it takes forever to load and often times I have to close out the window and then re-open it 30 seconds later in order to get it functioning again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is making it so that way I can easily see at a glance where projects are at within our company by seeing what department/person each item is assigned to and the status of the task.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is highly flexible, from being a Project Management tool to maintaining CRM lists for contacts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not so much a dislike, but it's worth exploring the all the features available to see if there might be additional options we should be using..

Easy, Efficient, and Effective

What do you like best about the product?
I love that our team can easily collaborate from any device, anywhere. I find the platform extremely user-friendly and love that I can easily integrate my project workflows with other software programs we utilize. The ability to set up notifications based on my own preferences is also a huge plus. I also really love the templates that help me get organized quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because the platform is SO robust it can take some time to set things up the way that works best for me or my team. In order for it to be most effective, you really do need to set aside some time to set up the boards and workspaces in a way that actually works. Also, not everyone on our team wants to login to a different platform to manage their workflow, so adoption has been an issue with several different individuals.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For us, simply communicating and keeping all of our project information in one place is a challenge. We aren't a fully remote team by any means, but we do get pulled in a lot of directions and have a LOT on our plates. As a small, manufacturing business we're doing so much of the work ourselves so it can be hard to keep everything straight. Monday helps us stay organized, keep a record of our communications, and keep it out of our email inboxes where it can get buried.
