Effective tool for remote-working team
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use with user-friendly interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not highly friendly to insert pictures/screenshots.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communication and workflow working on different accounts with multiple stakeholders.

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use, a lot of automated features to help you save time and also make sure you're not missing anything from scheduling or workflow etc. We use it every day throughout every department in our business. And the customer service is extremely good.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some features that are missing that could improve the experience of monday.com but they are constantly updating it so I am sure these will come.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has kept a lot of our day to day operations all in one place. We used to have several Google sheets in place which were an effort to keep up to date but we moved it all to Monday.com, automated a lot of things and can now track workflow and profit/loss data a lot easier in monday.com.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact that I can manage multiple projects for multiple clients simultaneously, each with their own individual tasks. We also have various teams, with all of their own boards, and everything links together. It's effortless.
What do you dislike about the product?
When you have a lot of boards that run automations or timers, the reporting dashboards really slow down and take a few minutes to refresh.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has effectively replaced our list of duties with visual tasks that we can check off and write notes on should they not be completed yet. It allows multiple members to follow along and complete their own tasks all in one hub.

What do you like best about the product?
As a designer, I can confidently say that Monday.com has been a game-changer for me and my team! Its project management and workflow capabilities have made our work more efficient and organized as we grow bigger. Personally, I love how the automations feature saves me time by eliminating repetitive tasks such as sending an email to other departments once a project has been completed. Plus, the platform's user-friendly interface makes customizing my workflow a breeze. With Monday.com, I can easily stay on top of deadlines and keep my projects on track!
What do you dislike about the product?
I think learning how to use the platform effectively can take some time so it becomes a bit challenging onboarding new team members and familarizing them with our workflow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a designer managing multiple projects, keeping track of everything can be a daunting task. Monday.com has been a lifesaver for me and my teammates. With this platform, we can manage multiple projects much more efficiently while having a clear overview of each member's workload without relying on spreadsheets and email chains. It allows us to easily create boards for each project and assign tasks to team members which helps us stay on track and meet our goals
Flexible, quick, and empower teams
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is very flexible and can support a great variety of processes, workflows, and needs, and allows apps and external integrations where it currently lacks ability. Can be adjusted fairly quickly and is easy to learn and implement.

It doesn't have enough hierarchies and the ability to build very complex needs in a friendly way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lack of collaboration between teams, understanding of status across company projects quickly, saving project documentation.

Subscriptions must be all included and you only pay extra for extra team members.
At least add more automations for cheaper plans. Because that's the only reason why i would upgrade. But for me it's not worth to pay more for each member each month.

Efficient and impressive
What do you like best about the product?
Monday is so helpful, with so many impressive features that makes our remote company feel like we are all in an office together. It is easy to use and is easy to add on to your browser. We all use it everyday so any customer support we need, we seem to get quickly. We have implemented it into our company with ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
I like everything! I need to delve more into all of the features but I am sure that they are all great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It means we don't have to communicate via email and we can keep all of our work in one place!
