Can't add project level information to the header of a board

Handling large numbers of actions that are gathered for projects.
Monday Timesheets are amazing!
What do you like best about the product?
I currently use Monday every single day. I've worked in a few different places where different products have been used. None of them work as seemlessly, look as good or offer as much as Monday does! I love how easy it actually is to put detailed accounts of my day and what's been done when. If I need more information added, just start a new column! It's great.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one issue I have personally had is, when scrolling down to the current date on my timesheet. I've had it fail to load things and have to close and reopen. (This only has happened twice). I've also had it where I try add a new line (task) and try to drag to the appropriate position. It crashes and requires to be reopened. This is very rare. Only happened to me about three times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving the issue of having multiple products being used during the work day. It keeps it simple and all in one place!
Using Monday provides me with a positive and efficient experience for organizing my tasks.

One drawback I find with Monday.com is the challenge in managing notifications effectively. The system sometimes overwhelms users with a flood of notifications, making it difficult to prioritize or streamline the information. Improvements in providing more customizable and nuanced notification settings would enhance the overall user experience by allowing for better control over the influx of updates.

Monday.com addresses the challenge of scattered information and lack of centralized communication by providing a single point of information. This centralized platform streamlines project management, facilitates efficient collaboration, and ensures that all team members have access to the latest updates in real-time. The ability to consolidate tasks, timelines, and communications in one place enhances transparency, minimizes confusion, and ultimately boosts productivity, benefiting me by fostering a more organized and cohesive work environment.

I like that you can manage and collaborate on multiple projects on Monday
What do you dislike about the product?
Monday is not our main CRM so it means we have to log into Monday, that said the process of logging into monday is smooth and it also writes back to our CRM so this isnt really an issue

A a Team we are able to work real time on a project, no more sending messages back and forth to get an update on something

A complete game changer and absolute must-have for any team
What do you like best about the product?
We are an advertising agency with dozes of clients, each with several projects we are working on for them, and we'd be lost without it. I love that you can keep track of all your projects down to the individual task level. Everything related to the project can be kept in one place... links, documents, updates, status, deadlines, time spent on it... EVERYTHING you can think of. We recently chatted to another agency in the UK, using Mondays already, who said they use a different app to track the go-live checklist for their web development. We explained how we easily use it for the checklists too and have set it up so that the appropriate next person responsible in the checklist gets notified. And they explained to us how they use it to fully manage client accounts (which we were not using it for at that point). Together, we realised how we were completely underutilising this powerful tool and are both now discovering how you can use it for CRM, project management and more. And the customisation and integrations are the cherry on the cake.
What do you dislike about the product?
For companies, like ours, in a low-income country, it is a very expensive platform and the pricing points are not attractive. It should be a lot less confusing and far more accessible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Task and time management within our teams. Ensuring that each person knows what their responsibilities are and their deadlines, so that nothing is missed.

I really dont enjoy using CRM however using Monday it is so user freindly, I am battling to find any critism with this system.

Monday helps me keep track & focused on my day to day sales. I find sales is a numbers game so we need to be contacting as many clients as possible, each client is at a different stage with different actions that need to be taken.
Its easy to lose focuse & forget what needs to be done each client, Monday reminds me each day on who & what needs to be done with every client at the right time.

Monday is a great way of keeping track of work progress.
What do you like best about the product?
I can see when somebody else is busy with a task that I assigned to them, and I can keep track of what I still need to complete.
What do you dislike about the product?
When you roll forward, there isn't an option to clear all the statusses for the new month (recurring tasks)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Holding people accountable; I benefit from it through the fact that I have proof if I am waiting on somebody else to finish something and that might lead to my task being over due.

What do you like best about the product?
You can input all the important document that can have easily access with. What makes it even better is that you can customize it the way you want it (i.e who can access it, what can they see, edit, and answer on the forms).
What do you dislike about the product?
Monday.com is user friendly already, I can only suggest to add more interesting features.

It is so easy to track project progress and the automations save so much time.

That when you import sheets it adds as a new group and does not giv ethe option to update one of the existing groups.
