Could'nt make it though the week without Monday.com

What do you like best about the product?
What I love not "like" best about Monday.com is its flexibility. I am able to design pages that allow me to visualize the work that I have to complete for the week, plan and execute short and long term projects, collect contact information, notes about jobs, and digital management of all of my files. As a professional musician I log all of the details about upcoing performances, personnel and payment information onthis platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
What is least helpful are some of the add ons. I was never able to generate invoices to my liking, something always seemed to go wrong.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Work flow, weekly planning, goals and implementation, stoarage of files

What do you like best about the product?
It keeps me organized, it's easy to use, it's designed well, can link notifications to email or slack. It makes my work easier! It makes project management possible.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's more difficult to use on a phone. Desktop is much better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps manage work flow between me (project manager) and graphic designer. It helps create better communication and tracking abilities.

Monday Simplifies Life!

What do you like best about the product?
MONDAY.com has been a game-changer for our team collaboration. It's easy to use and helps with efficient task management, deadlines, team assignments, and collaboration in real-time. The automations we can set up help our team run efficiently!
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to be able to hire a MONDAY.com coach and expert to jump on real-time and help set boards up!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday makes project management simple by assigning task managers, tracking deadlines, and adding notes on projects.

Extremely user friendly

What do you like best about the product?
The platform allows our team to seemlesly create and customize workflows, making it EXTREMELY easy to organize and track our daily, weekly and monthly tasks. The instructions on automating those workflows are so easy to follow, that someone who has never utilized Monday can easily begin automating workflows, I'd say within an hour of reviewing the instructional videos (and that's speakign from experience). To add to this is the fact that we were able to integrate so many other apps we use daily and streamline our daily processes, cutting down on missed cases within Salesforce, as well as being notified in real time when we receive cases, cutting down on our time to first contact and time to solve since integrating. On the one occassion I needed to reach out to customer support about an issue I encountered with integrating Slack, my issue was solved within an hour and unlike other project management tools, it wasn't hard or diffcult to reach out to support. We frequently use Monday to track our daily activities and tasks, progress on team and individual projects, and the set reminders are SO EXTREMELY HELPFUL ! I'm quite forgetful, so I utilize the scheduled messaging feature quite often.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I just had to find something that I dislike about usong Monday, it would be that it is a cloud-based platform, so you need an internet connection to access all it's features. I travel a lot and work from my laptop during my journey. When internet access isn't available, I find myself at a stand still until I can get back to a stable connection.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prior to using Monday.com each team member was responsible tracking how much time we spent on a team project individually and as a team, taking notes and reaching out to others to get details on what's been completed or needing to be done, tracking what Salesforce cases had been completed and when , etc... Monday has taken these tedious and time consuming tasks and simplified it. We are now able to simply check the notes left on a team project by another team member and are notified when their portion is completed as well as how much time they've contributed. When we have events coming up, we are able to track the progress of what's been completed in order to successfully staff those events for our clients.

What do you like best about the product?
Love the automations! Easy to track individual details, have conversations on specific items, and stay in touch to what needs to get done!
What do you dislike about the product?
Would love a little more flexibility in how to arrange columns/info. Along with being able to move the order of the filters views.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One big piece of Monday for us is the workflow... tasks and processes simply flow from one person to another.

Great tool for keeping your team on budget and delivering your product on time!

What do you like best about the product?
It has a very intuative GUI design with a ton of way to customize the data you need for your product or project production. Monday.com can easily inegrate with other applications like google, slack, Microsoft Teams, LinkedIn, Gitlab, Basecamp and the list goes on. We use Monday.com on a daily basis for all aspects of our company including managment, scheduling, time tracking, project and production progress tracking and billing. The customer support is always available and willing to help with any issues you might run into. At first we were hesitant on implementing and new tool for our pipeline managment but have to rely on it to keep things moving smoothly.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few bugs here and there, like I can't seem to drag and drop files to the web interface when I am remoted into my virtual workstation, but I can easily get around that just by navigating to the file location on our servers via the "Add files" button in the UI.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solved us needing to use many different pieces of software to keep track of everything and consolidated it down to two Monday.com and Slack.

Tracking tool for all sides of the business

What do you like best about the product?
It's ease of use and application to many business and task tracking use cases makes it ideal for most of the topics we cover in our team. It's a personalized google sheets that has so many customizable features and automations that allow email and slack alerts for efficiency and visibility. We use it everyday across our company due to the various functionalities that apply to almost every team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd say that the options and automation potential are so endless that it can sometimes get overwhelming to use and to make the most of.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It centralizes a lot of our requests, assets and projects in various folders and workspaces we've created. It additionally serves as our campaign tracking and request tool which is key for our operational team.

What do you like best about the product?
The visual aspect and how easy it is to move the different elements to manage projects and assign tasks to different team members.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is advisable to use different filters to be able to display the information you want to see in each case.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sometimes it's difficult to have the information, especially when there is a very large database. You have to think carefully about the filters to obtain the information you want.

What do you like best about the product?
The easy distribution of tasks with the team and keeping track of how much time I spend in each task

For is not easy to understand how the automatizations work, when I duplicate a board the automatization doesnt work
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work in design and construction, we have a lot of deadlines in the office and in the construction site. Monday help us to manage our time with the priorities and its also an esay way to check task between the construction team and the design team.

User-friendly and easy to get started

What do you like best about the product?
It is super easy to get to grips with Monday.com and for a quick-start tool it is great. I find it easy to quickly manage tasks and the overall user interface is nice to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
It lacks some helpful functionality due to the fact everything is rigidly organised into groups. For example, if you want to view all critical priority tasks, you would have to create priority groups and work from them. If you separate items by project, you can only sort/filter by priority within that group. This makes it less helpful in this way than e.g. Airtable, despite the significantly better UX.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It offers an easy way to track custom fields across my workload, which is always changing and therefore needs to be able to be updated/managed quickly and easily. I also have repetitive tasks occasionally and therefore the automations help me avoid missing things.
