Cohesive collaboration!
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about Monday.com is the amount of creative ability you have in making a board that fits your need. The extra features on the end of each task bar make it so I can easily track my time, include a team member in, or set deadlines for myself. My team and I use this everyday and it wasn't hard to coach our mangement team on how to use it! At the beginning, we had some trouble integrating our free trial content towards our subcriction but after talking to customer support they helped us integrate all the work we already had established which was amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the things about Monday.com I would like to see improved are the automations. While Monday can still automate several things on our baords, I would like to see Monday have a specified automation for removing a line item when it is completed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com is allowing our team to continuously be in the know of what projects are ongoing. This helps us reduce the "micromanaging" that other companies are known for and encourage our team to collaborate and ask for feedback when prompted. Before Monday.com, we would exchange several emails a day on one topic, and when we would reference back to that information, we would go digging for the answers again. Monday keeps all of our processess, information, and discussions in an organized matter, making it easy to find!
Best Task Management Software
What do you like best about the product?
monday.com has been one of the most flexible, customizable solutions that I have ever used. I have tried Asana, Trello, etc and monday has been both my and my teams favorite. The ability to collaborate both internally and externally combined with the fact that all the fields, types, and values are customizable has been perfect. It makes the workflow seamless and I don't feel that we waste time keeping pulses or boards updated. Automations and integrations are great, and everything allows for about any collaboration I could think of. My team is hybrid so this is perfect for keeping everyone on the team aligned.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have very little negative to say. The pricing that locks some automations behind higher tiers is not my favorite, but it is completely understandable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows for some of the best collaboration for a remote/hybrid team that does not result in massive efforts to maintain task management. Also the customization makes it a perfect fit for any organization.
Monday.com - easy to use, intuitive and a great interface
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is easy to set up and use - a great user interface and intuitive to use. Easy and quick to on-board new users and a range of functions that we have only just started to introduce. Very responsive customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Even with a charity discount (which is brilliant), the additional cost of some features means that we cannot access all the great functions that Monday has...

Keeping connected with multiple projects

What do you like best about the product?
I love that it allows a to of collaboration between my team. I love the automation, which helps to speed up the process. I love that I have the ability to show my workload in multiple ways, columns, charts, calendars, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
My least favorite part about Monday is the navigation from board to board and the difficulty in finding archived items. It slows me down sometimes, when I am looking for a certain thing and have to scroll through hundreds of items to find it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me to be able to collaborate better with my team by automating certain tasks. For example, when one group within my department gets a request that involves something from me, it automatically shows up on my board rather than before when they would get the request. It would be on them to message me about it and sometimes, they forgot to do so.
It also helps me with my editorial calendar, we have set it up where I get prompts ahead of time via Monday to remind me of upcoming events which helps me to stay ahead rather than trying to catch up.
It also has given me the opportunity to track my progress, to see how long certain projects take to complete and where improvements can be made.

Monday is helping with keeping our staff in 1 platform to store documentation and allow staff to keep track of their client touch-points.

About monday.com, what really stands out is its intuitive interface and customizable workflows. It's super user-friendly and adaptable to various project management needs

One downside to monday.com can be its pricing structure. It might be a bit steep, especially for small businesses or individuals on a tight budget.

Easy to use, a lot of integrations, easy access for external folks to have viewing permissions, easy billing if we remove or add seats

Jira integration took a while and has some glitches

Lack of email alerts for future tasks limits communication and proactive follow-up, hindering planning.

Keeping my world organized
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease to personalize the boards to best monitor progress with a client and manage my time with clients from follow-up dates and event dates. The ability to link our inquiry forms to our boards also helps streamline our line of business and flow for our fulfillment process.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tracking of communication is not always consitent and I have found sending email through monday.com does not always guarentee my clients recieve the communication because of firewalls and data protection from third party communications.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com helps me and my team to communicate the many projects and their statuses to our cross-functional stakeholders. This is important because it reduces the need for many sync meetings and helps visualize our workloads.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is difficult to collaobrate with those that do not have Monday.com accounts. Becase my stakeholders use other platforms, it doesn't make sense for them to have paid seats to Monday.com, I wish a view-only option was more accesssible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's help me sync assyncronously with my stakeholders. This helps reduce time needed for meetings.
