SUPER EASY TO USE; VERY END USER FRIEDNLY
What do you like best about the product?
i like it because of how easy it was to just jump in and start using it. Quick and easy to get started and set up. I use this system multiple times a day, it is a great tracking tool. Also great for creating different boards for different functions and to cross reference between the two. IT was super easing moving from our old system to this one.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some limitations on what we need from it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping me to keep on top of my tasks and ensuring work is done in a timely manner. Also able to quickly reference past tasks and correspondence.
Powerful tool
What do you like best about the product?
I use it on a daily basis and is pretty easy to use, the thing i like the most is that has a very friendly interface so is easy to implement and to share with other teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
In my opinion the platform should have more tools to develop, for example to download to excel or to automatize with other tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helped us to work with other teams in an easy way.
Makes interdepartmental Coordination A breeze
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com helps in sequencing, prioritizing and aligning all tasks and interdepartmental assignments. It greatly helps in having a birds eye view on certain tasks that may be lagging or delayed and helps in managing the deliverables accordingly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Generally, speaking its pretty much aligned to my expectations, some help with interfacing and sending optional text reminders can be helpful too.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is mainly helping with timing the resources and assigning tasks and monitor themf or execution

What do you like best about the product?
The layout is very appealing to the eyes, and easy to navigate. I have been able to customize the platform to exactly what I wanted.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! I don't have one thing I wish for it to be better!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used to work off a word document. I had hundreds of employees and notes on each employee in the word document. With Monday i can create each employee their own "file" and have all the documents and communication for each one in the same spot with time stamps.

The organization and ability to share progress in real time in one location has been a game changer for us!
What do you dislike about the product?
They have bugs or kinks they have to work out pretty frequently (like any software), but they are typically resolved quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allowed us to have a single location to see where in the monthly process all of our accounts are. It also allows managers and leaders to monitor tasks by employee to make sure everything is being completed on time, and to see where breakdowns happen within the process.
The best tools for project manegement and business organization!
What do you like best about the product?
All the boards and workspaces are very easy to create and adapt to whatever purpose you have for your projects. The automations provide very helpful connections between boards and make the implementation of new projects intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a limitation on the number of boards you can connect on a dashboard, but there are other ways to ajust, specially if the system is used frequently and the users are familiar with the structure.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday makes it possible to manage a lot of projects at once, register goals and indicators and create dashboards for easy understanding of results.

I like how it is very customizable and that it works with other applications.

I have a few issue of how you take notes and being able to add note but I may not be using it right

You can ise it across various departments as tracking tool for projects ,data management ,calculations and now even for meetings and various workflows.

It doesnt have a proper meeting template and one that is available is difdicult to customise

What do you like best about the product?
I love having Monday.com as a work operating system. It keeps me organized and houses all of our department's projects. We can @ each other to communicate, update statuses to reflect progress, and use it to receive incoming forms from customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Somes the search function does not work as it should. For example, it is almost impossible to search for a money entry that is $40 versus it finding a more sepcific numerical value like $42.16.

We house everything in monday.com, so it keeps our business in one place.
