Monday has helped with the communication between our office staff and shop staff.
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use. You can do pretty much anything and set up your own automations between boards, which has been super helpful in increasing our efficiencies.
What do you dislike about the product?
The app is only as good as the users make it. You have to have the buy-in from your team or it's of no use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've had issues in the past with our communication between office staff and shop. Now we post all our needs onto the Monday app and the shop is able to easily communicate to us their plan of attack.

What do you like best about the product?
How it enables me to organize better, the help with projects, the forms, and the ease of use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Automations are somewhat difficult to do, and there are some things that are not possible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems of organizing and helping to do kanban
Lots of features, easy to learn and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com was seamlessly integrated into our system and was a simple way to improve your team's workflow and communication amongst your team. It's easy to build out new projects, share status updates, and for non-project managers to see status updates.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really enjoy the design and layout of building new projects. The detailed options for creating new projects and tracking the subitems involved for each project. I also enjoy the easy readouts to see the overall progress of a project.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com is helping us plan our future updates and tracking the changes and bug fixes we make to our project. It helps keep all status updates in one place as well as being able to share various documents in one location.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the flexibility to track your jobs and the cross sharing with others on the team. Effective way to track job status accross all teams even for a small company as mine.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not really delved into other parts to find dislikes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Workflow management system is ideal for any small business. It helps stay on top of all our workflow.
Easier overview for all forms (many of them)
What do you like best about the product?
The dashboard than gives an amazing overview of all forms/boards... you have in a workspace. Makes it easier to manage.
What do you dislike about the product?
In the forms, you can't have separate sections (such as in Google Forms) which is a bit annoying, your section title will appear in the question where you've integrated it, which is not ideal for data processing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Template forms, having separate groups in the backend of a form which makes a form reusable!
Great tool to keep our global team connected and coordinated
What do you like best about the product?
The various types of functions allow us to do a lot of our internal coordination through Monday, meaning it's all in one place. We use Monday daily. Cross board linkages, email notification, and comment features have been critical for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the features available, that the staff are used to, are not available when sharing boards publically. While I understand the reasoning, it is challenging explaining these nuances to staff.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping a globally dispersed team connected and coordinated.
Best Project Management Collaborative Tool
What do you like best about the product?
The most important aspect of Monday is the ability to collaborate with our clients who don't have a Monday.com subscription. This is critical to the success of our projects. There are many other features that we love about Monday.com and our review will cover those features, as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Microsoft Teams integration is very limited. It only alows us to connect the activity from a single Board into Teams. If we could connect our Boards related to our Client Teams channels that would be ideal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is our Go To PM tool. It allows us to manage many projects across many clients with great visibility of each project and our total resources across all projects. It solves the complex problem of managing multiple projects for many different clients.

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use. Extremely customizable. Quick response time. Highly integrable.

I am so far very happy with what Monday.com provides.

Great tool to do project management. I am using it even for CRM, custom job descriptions etc.

I would like to see monday.com be a bit more user-friendly, with fewer steps needed to complete certain tasks.

monday.com is solving the potential disconnect between teams by allowing easy collaboration on tasks and projects. This benefits me by ensuring efficiency and allowing a simpler form of communication and tracking. Specifically, the platform facilitates streamlined workflows, centralized information access, and real-time progress monitoring, which are crucial for maintaining team cohesion and achieving project goals effectively.

What do you like best about the product?
It's very organized and easy to upload any tasks. We use it frequently; if there is anything wrong they have a great customer support team to find the cause and solve the problem.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes lot of space and sometimes some tasks are gone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need all the workers to see the tasks and be able to complete daily tasks. Monday.com helps us to create tasks and once it is done we know who completes the tasks.
