Excellent tool for managing projects and tasks

What do you like best about the product?
One of the most important features of Monday.com is the ability to automate. You can automate organization (such as, move item to "XYZ" group when marked "Done"), assignments (such as, assign item to "so and so" if status is marked "review"), and so much more.
What do you dislike about the product?
One big drawback for my team is the inability to create subitems of subitems. You are limited to only one set of subitems per item. The restriction could be useful for some who may otherwise get out of hand with too many subitems. But I'd prefer having the option so we can decide the best approach for ourselves.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having all of our team's tasks, plans, projects, and documents all in one place has been a gamechanger for us, where before we were scattered across Google Drive, OneDrive, Sharepoint, and more.

Increased organization and improved strategic planning

What do you like best about the product?
This system has allowed our communications team to more effectively meet deadlines and expectations. We are much more organized and strategic than before we started using Monday.com
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside at the moment is that we track dozens of subitems/subtasks and there is not a good way to have those rolled into a master board for easier tracking and management.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are now able to track all aspects of every project which is helping us stay on track. This is helping us meet deadlines and improve our working relationships with other departments in the organization.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday is very intuitive and easy for anyone to pick up quickly. Monday keeps all departments in the know through collaboration and update notifications. Monday helps to reduce email traffic in an organization and keep teams on track.
What do you dislike about the product?
Need more support in how to dig deeper into all that Monday has to offer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday is improving our teams efficient with actions and tasks to keep everyone on the team moving in the right direction. It is a tool to keep everyone in communication with one another.

What do you like best about the product?
I love monday.com. It's very user friendly, colorful, and has lots of features. New features are always being added and I'm always learning more.
What do you dislike about the product?
Automations can be a bit tempermental, but I also believe it's mostly user-error. It would be nice to have the option to have different column titles in different groups on the same board.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
volunteer management, collaboration, managing tasks. Monday.com helps to remove the need for multiple spreadsheets and allows for easy automation of tasks

What do you like best about the product?
The automations are endless and I LOVE the integrations & dashboard feature. Super helpful for keeping our team on track with deadlines and giving clients the project transparency they seek.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price point is higher than most other project management tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me manage our agency and has completely removed the chaos of timeline issues we were facing before implementation. We've cut out daily 1:1 calls completely and now only have to do a project sync once a week because of our efficient our processes have become. It's saving everyone in our team 4-6 hours of work each week and releiving mental strain.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is the best tool I've found to keep my projects organized and collaborate with my team. It's worked so well for me the past 5 years and has so many useful features.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any dislikes and have never had any issues with Monday.com.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Working for an international organization can be challenging when collaborating on various projects, but having projects updated in real-time and knowing exactly where my team is at on projects helps solve so many communcation problems.

What do you like best about the product?
I find the project boards, groups, and task columns to be very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that it was possible to create multiple variations of a project board within that board -- something like board tabs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
monday.com helps me collaborate with my team on weekly/monthly/annual projects and helps me keep track of my large-scale event planning.

What do you like best about the product?
The layout, I think, makes it easier to organize and visualize everything effectively. Various resources that assist us in our daily lives, implementing what is necessary with ease. This makes my use daily, helping me throughout the week.
What do you dislike about the product?
for now nothing, my experience has been great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
monday.com helps me with the organization of daily tasks at work, where I can more easily visualize everything I need to do.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of access to the site and how customizable the flow is. It's intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing is that I would like to be able to set an automation to be "set date" to "any date" not just Set date to today and push date.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are now able to get our branches to use forms to fill oout information we would have previously needed within the work flow. This is nice since it simplfies their overall workload and makes things easy to use.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to see everyone's workload and ease of assigning and marking off tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be a little challenging to get the hang of at first.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving the headache of not having a million steps for each project or event having to be organized in a hellacious spreadsheet. Also, the email reminder of upcoming tasks is a god-send to stay on top of priorities.
