What do you like best about the product?
I like that monday.com is user-friendly and, when I can't immediately figure something out, there are good quality help articles and speedy agents.
What do you dislike about the product?
My organization uses mostly fundamental functions and the number of features almost clutters the interface. That being said, it is not difficult to search and find the templates (etc) that I'm looking for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides a userfriendly easy to understand flow and outline for event planning and managing our new innovations. I especially like the interface for sharing documents and chatting within each task in a project.

What do you like best about the product?
Innovative. Collaborative. Reliable. It's everything we needed in a project management software and we're continuing to learn more of what Monday.com offers. It's a HUGE asset to the growth of our company.

Updated 1/2025: still completely agree, I also like the yearly Monday conferences updating customers on the newopportunitie with Monday
What do you dislike about the product?
The only negative (which really plays into the benefit) is that there is SO much that Monday.com can do that it feels almost overwhelming to get started. The tutorial videos could certainly offer more in the way of coaching on all their capabilities.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had no place outside of our emails and in-person meetings to collaborate on projects before Monday.com. It solved a gap in our communication and growth.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is ease of use, got a simple and intuitive design, automation possibilities, integration with external applications. It connects all process and teams easily and makes our team work flow smoothly. We had an exponencial increase in productivity since we started using it and we still think we can improve even more. We keep addind boards and automations frequently.
What do you dislike about the product?
I actually can't think about a thing I dislike about monday.com. We use it a lot. It meets all our expectations. Everything We need to create, control and organise we think about using Monday.com
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a lot of processes with several teams so It solves our task managment and integration betweens teams, allowing us to have a fluid workflow.
It also helps the way we measure ous KPI's, makes it easier to have all the historic of the task.

What do you like best about the product?
Its a great platform! I use it at work and it's super easy to navigate. It's a great way to have lists and calendars

The downsides of monday is that it sometimes could be quicker

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can upload documents which are too large to email. I also enjoy the gif feature which allows to add a bit of fun into my daily work tasks. I enjoy that it is an effective tool to organize clients and motivate staff.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how the main workspace search bar does not pull / search all the information from all my work boards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is allowing our staff to communicate and keep record of status on each client and perspective lead. It is very valuable information that would otherwise be too difficult to track.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to manage projects, deadlines, and collaborate with my team. I use this platform on a daily basis, and I love the ability you have to visualize all of your board's information. Since using monday.com I've never had to contact customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Mobile app isn't as flexible as using the desktop. One thing that can be improved is the filters.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Team collaboration, time saving, tracking deadlines.

What do you like best about the product?
The software is aesthetically pleasing and boards/items are easy to share with coworkers and collaborate on in realtime.
What do you dislike about the product?
I prefer using Excel for a lot of the things I would use Monday.com for. I got over the learning curve of Excel long before I even knew what Monday.com was, so the prospect of learning yet another software seemed unnecessary and frustrating. Monday.com was surprisingly hard for me to learn to use, as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
monday.com allows for my colleagues and I to more easily collaborate on one platform -- we don't have to share a million google docs and excel sheets; we can instead just log onto monday.com for a one stop shop.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com speeds up so many daily tasks. The automations keep me up to date and on track. And the simplicity of setting up boards is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I had to make an improvement, I would add more board templates for those new to the platform
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday helps to sharing information across different teams, allow us to tracking marketing performance and store\share product information, create project management plans

What do you like best about the product?
The fact that it holds people accountable and it's a place to go to everyday for work, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Needs to plugin to a currency database without having to pay for other apps. For example gooogle finance or yahoo finance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping me solve the day to day issues of what to do next and how to do it. Also groups all communications into 1 go to place.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is extremely easy to use and I love that I'm able to use its flexible features to constantly improve/iterate on my work. It integrates with so many existing tools and has become my most frequently used tool in my day-to-day. Account managers provide excellent, timely support when required. New features get released constantly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Minor feature limitations persist (i.e. unable to sort groups on a Gantt chart) or inability to do everything with subitems that you would with items.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping to solve project management gaps, issues on how to effectively collaborate on a project and how to manage cross-functional workflows.
