Best digital organizational platform

What do you like best about the product?
It keeps all of my requested marketing and graphics tasks neatly organized and categorized.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't find any disadvantages to the software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Previous to the pandemic I had a team including a lead designer and social media marketer. At that time we utilized the software for workflow management and collaboration. Since the pandemic, the team was eliminated leaving me as a department of one. It is imperative that I keep every duty logged into the software app in order to stay on task and not miss any request from approximately eight departments that rely on me.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best is the "just-right" amount of features. We are able to be organized without being bogged down with steps and features.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't really think of anything that upsets me about Monday.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com solves our project managment needs.

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to automate process helps our team save time and improve productivity.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some useful features are hiden behind "Enterprise" subscription plans without clear pricing structure.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com gives my team the ability to overview our sales pipeline, track tasks required in each sales and run useful reports about the transactions we're tracking.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best is the User interface. It is nice and clean. I appreciate being able to filter in multiple way to see my projects from a different lens for better oversight.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be quite complex in all it's design - limitations on how many ppl on a board is hard when managing a large project with many contributors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps with solving issues on project management. It benefits us by tracking who owns what items. We are able to see and track multiple deadlines at a time.

What do you like best about the product?
It's incredibly user friendly and intuitive to use! The boards have all the right features and I'm constantly learning new ways to make the most of these!
What do you dislike about the product?
I sometimes wish there was more flexibility in the note taking (monday doc) function, but this is a small gripe.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday allows me ti keep track not only of my own deadlines, time constraints and workload, but I can check on what my team mates are doing so we can always align! Sharing what and when we are doing things is what we primarily use monday for and it makes life much, much easier.

What do you like best about the product?
It was easy to get set up and I like how simple it is to manage our departments tasks. The automations make it simple to set up recurring tasks (like weekly "to-dos"), and I can see at a glance what everyone in the department is working on and when it's completed or due.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that I dislike is that automations don't allow for pre-dating. For example, if a recurring task is due every Tuesday, there's no way to add that information to the automation. You have to wait for the automation to update and then find the item and add a due date to it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me track all of the annual activities for our department for the calendar year, and set up future years as well. It's an efficient way to track our work and tasks don't get missed or forgotton.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is helping me bring my marketing strategy to life! It's so easy to create different boards with the various marketing and customer retention strategies that we are rolling out throughout the year. The collaboration with various members of the team is so simple and the UI is by far the best that I've seen.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say that the only downside is that I have not had the time to learn all of the different options within the system. I'm probably only using a fraction of what's available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My team works remote and this allows easy communication of goals and next steps

Amazing User Friendly Work Management Platform

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is extremely user-friendly and easy to customize dashboards for all needs. The integration tool to other CRM software and the visibility of project tracking are a few of my favorite features. I highly recommend utilizing the custom automation which will help streamline processes and speed up passing tasks to the next user. This software makes collaboration a breeze. Our company uses Monday.com every day and found it easy to implement new processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
The time tracking feature is only available in a pro plan. Also having "locking" features on documents so there is not accidental editing would be great to add for a feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com solves multiple questions about the status of a project. Each customizable dashboard is easy to read, whether it is your first time or 100th time using Monday.com. Any user can open the account and see if a project is on track and who is working on it.
