Easy and useful
What do you like best about the product?
I can follow all my jobs and it is easy to upload it .

In this moment I don't dislike. Everything is good .

Efficient and Adaptable Work Management
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy monday.com is to use. While it does have advanced features, anyone can open the application and immediately understand how to use the basic features. I use the API fairly often, which is very well documented.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike much about monday.com, it's a good platform for every day work management.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
monday.com provides a simple way to display my current work, and the information associated with my different projects including their current status.
Customizable Boards
What do you like best about the product?
We love the ability to customize anything from our CRM to job dispatching all from one platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a better template provided that would allow us to take information from multiple field service crews and streamline that information to accurately job cost projects without manually inputting data from multiple places.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They seem to constantly be making updates to integrate new technologies.
The easiest, most employee friendly project management tool
What do you like best about the product?
Even our employees that struggle with technology find Monday.com so intuitive and helpful, they were more than willing to adopt

There is a little bit of customization that is lacking and limiting

It keeps our entire team on the same page - with several remote employees and employees on different shifts we all know what is due, what is upcoming, and what we are falling behind on

Monday has helped me become more organized and productive by enabling me to create timelines and documentation for projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't particularly appreciate being charged extra for individual features. I prefer a single-price package for all the features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I struggle with managing my tasks and time. Categorizing and linking emails and other supporting documents in Monday.com has been extremely helpful.

It's helping streamline our HR processes and make things more transparent which is crucial with teams that have multiple members that need to be in the know of what's taking place.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is extremely helpful for organizing projects in a logical, efficient way. It helps to streamline the process of generating a project and turning it into measurable, step-by-step tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Monday.com can quickly become cluttered if you don't strategically archive items or create automation for archiving/moving tasks once they're completed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com provides an ongoing record of what has been done and still remains to be done on a project. That is especially helpful when reviewing a project with a client because they have a user-friendly, visual tool that helps them see where we are in the process of their project.

What do you like best about the product?
We utilize Monday.com everyday! It helps keep us on track and never lets us forget any little details which are essential at our practice. Updating clients status and keeping track of any stats we need is easier than ever with Monday! It also doesn't hurt that the layout is interactive and fun.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no qualms with Monday.com, maybe sending too many emails to us?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solves miscommunication between team, status on Monday is always updated when a team member does a task. Best way to double check our work and make sure we aren't dropping the ball anywhere throughout the day
Complete Tool which touches the entire organization
What do you like best about the product?
It has an intuitive interface which simplifies task management, fostering effective communication among team members. The platform's customizable workflows and templates make it adaptable to various projects, enhancing overall efficiency in the entire organisation. You can't compare it but sometimes I called it 'Excel but much fancier and more user friendly'
What do you dislike about the product?
If you want to use the advanced features, you need to have a good knowledge of the entire tool. Pricing can be an issue, especially for smaller teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com is giving me an overview of all the tasks that are linked to me. It summarizes al my to do's in 1 place instead of bundling this in different e-mails.
Team Connectivity with Projects has Never Been Better
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com allows any project or task to move from an idea to actuality. It allows you to set timelines, expectations, upload documents, and assign users to the project to have collaboration and see actual progress.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only complaint is that I wish Subitems could have Subitems. Sometimes you just need one more layer of tasking within a task or project.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our company is all work from home or has employees in different countries. Monday allows real-time updates to show on projects that develop our business regardless of where we all are, and without a huddle or meeting needing to be scheduled. Meetings are now for next steps instead playing catch up from the last meeting.
