Great to have access to everything in one place
What do you like best about the product?
Everything is available online for me to access.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's hard to navigate to individual projects I'm working on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeps my team in sync at all times and everything can see all the details about each project.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday has been amazing for us. We have an interpreting company who has very specific needs when it comes to accepting new assignments, then assigning them to an interpreter, then processing payment from the client and paying the interpreter. It can be all very complicated, but Monday has allowed us to create our own custom management system, where we can keep track and stay on top of everything, Monday has been a complete game changer for our company. We love the detailed report of what/who/when a change was made to a log.
What do you dislike about the product?
The system is a little slow but the developers have mentioned that they are working on the lagginess of it. It can slow us down when its laggy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Monday, we were using Google Calendar and it was so messy. We had so many things to document and documenting it all in one calendar event was extremely unorganized and not very effective. Now that we have Monday, we are able to customize every entry. For example, we have column for our client column for start time and time the email requester and a list of other things that we need for each assignment.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is a great tool for organizing daily tasks and projects. The automation capabilities for workflows make it easy to manage priorities and work through issues and tasks in a timely manner. It is becoming more versatile all of the time as additional integrations and templates are added to handle a large variety of tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really like the majority of features and functionality offered by Monday.com. The main issue I have with it is the comment streams sometimes become muddled if someone creates a new comment stream vs. replying to the existing stream.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Most departments in our company have their own separate Monday.com boards to manage their backlog of work. Using the cross-board templates and automations allow us to transfer work easily and quickly between departments, and offer transparency and collaboration to pull in the right resources for assistance on tasks as needed.

Ability to assign detailed or high level tasks and projects and hold team members accountable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Prices have been creeping up for our small team. Hopefully some more price consistency moving forward.

Team collaboration in an environment that everyone can share tasks and insights.

IIt is an easy-to-use platform, it is effective and versatile. Constantly growing and improving to offer more opportunities to the client.

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to simply connect various teams and boards into a cohesive project. In the past, we used Excel for everything and had to share documents multiple times. Updates had to be physically tracked with no sort of automatic reminders on due dates. Monday solves many problems.
The various tools we can use to get help is awesome. The community, videos, walk thrus, etc are all very useful in learning the multiple tools and applications that are available.

What do you dislike about the product?
Some restrictions on maximums, which I know Monday is working on. One restriction is the ability to use formulas and mirrors in relation to automations/notifications.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday is very intuitive and visual, so it's way more easy to manage our projects in this interface. It allows our teams to collaborate efficiently on budget task, track problems and manage new and old projects in a flexible and customizable way.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel that Monday improved, but still has some bugs sometimes, like customized tabs or subprojects with too many topics are show empty and take a little to load.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solve most of the profitable problems, because we have a lot of projects and a lot of clients, so with Monday, we are able to orgnize all the financial status in each project.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to chat to colleagues and navigate - I've never used another platform this seamlessly.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great to have a shared documents tab where all documents shared on a channel are kept.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving the issue of easy comms whilst remote working. You can have a similar speed and ease of conversation as in person.

I really appreciate that we don't need a coder to use, creator and implement our daily use boards, workflows and automations.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a bit of limitations in some of the use cases that cause us to evaluate if we want to spend more money on third party apps.
