What do you like best about the product?
Monday's user experience is much more versatile than other options. The integrations are strong, and the automation tools work very well for workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
Gantt charts could be better in terms of visualisation. There isn't much there that can be used to build long-term plans.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Team efficiencies to support hybrid working arrangments.

Makes Communication Easy

What do you like best about the product?
Monday is fantastic! It cuts back on emails between those of us in the company and houses everything so all records are in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Monday had more options to have accounting features. If it did, I could easily use this system for everything
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cuts on down emails in our organization so we can keep our inboxes clear for client messages. Monday is also a great place for document storage so everyone in the organization has access at all times.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday is a great tool to help medium and large size teams collaborate. In a client services industry with many moving parts - it allows us to keep on top of every client. It has great intergration with our entire tech stack. It has been an asset to our business.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to dislike. It has been a great tool for our company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is allowing us to keep our company organized and on task.

What do you like best about the product?
Flexibility. We're able to set it up almost exactly how we need. There's a fair degree of flexibility even in the entry level options.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes functions aren't as clear as they could be. Some options seem needlessly paywalled.

What do you like best about the product?
Full flexibility and customizability of their core product (which is essentially a tool to create, structure, and organize items) into a full-fledged "work operating system". It can be used for project management (waterfall, critical path, kanban, lean, agile, etc.), as an inventory system, a holiday planner, a basic knowledge management system,e tc. A clear benefit is the high-degree of automations and integrations with other digital working tools. A general theme is also that almost everything can be customized without any true coding knowledge and therefore also standard users can adapt the system to their specific needs. If you dig deeper, even complex integrations can be implemented. We use it daily for project or task management, keeping track of our inventory, as well as collaborating with external agents. The customer service is good and can often help you out; however, with detailed more technical questions, you have to get to the right customer service person to get a helpful answer.
What do you dislike about the product?
The sheer amount of options and possibilities can be overwhelming at the start. You need to take a day or two to click through every possible column and board type to fully understand what the tool can really offer outside of the one, two standard layouts that provided from the start. Performance is sometimes not the best, especially, when you work with large boards, containing hundreds of items and more than 10 columns, especially when there are automations and integrations involved (they sometimes don't fire).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For us, Monday.com solved the problem of having a flexible and customizable, browser-based software solution for our daily task and project managament, for which a more dedicated project management software like MS Projects would be too complex. Monday.com is especially helpful for service-focused companies, for which projects and tasks are often more narrow defined that in the producing inductry. Every process that comes up can in principle also be built in Monday.com. Therefore, we don't have the need for many other software solutions outside of Monday.com for digitally covering our daily work.

Amazing organizational oversight!!!

What do you like best about the product?
monday.com has allowed our company to scale by automating mondane tasks, give quick assignments, & visually have oversight to many projects at a time. It's very easy to cross-utilize information across multiple areas. It also allows for nearly endless programming & creative capabilities. If you can envision how a workflow should be, it's likely that monday.com has a path to get there.
What do you dislike about the product?
If there's any data entry needed, it's not as user friendly as Excel or Google Sheets. And be careful if making the data pool too large. The board runs slow & reporting becomes difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps to create workflows & automations that streamline routine tasks & projects. This allows us to stay organized & consistent in deliverables.

What do you like best about the product?
Keeps all of our projects organized, keeps everyone on the team informed and on task. We use it daily to track projects, plan for future, and communicate status. The inclusion of budgets for projects saves time collecting information for budgeting.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the more complicated features are just that, more complicated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Marketing has many projects running simultaneously, and is always planning for future as well. Monday helps us keep everything on time and ensures completion. It is invaluable in keeping the team and contract vendors organized.

What do you like best about the product?
How flexible and modular it is. This gives endless possibilities for building dashboards for project management where several team members can collaborate
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I felt the dashboards with more information were slower when interacting with them

Managing multiple projects and leads at the same time. Be able to assigne and track them. Be able to add specific information to each project in order to have a complete view of it

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com's automations have saved us so much time and increased transparancy in the work we do -- work that formerly was highly manual. Our implementation experience was amazing with our Integration Consultant and I learned so much.
What do you dislike about the product?
Monday.com took time to learn and fully utilize - I still feel like I've only hit the tip of the iceburg and without time to expend on it, it may not be as advantageous for others.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com solved our Project Intake problem allowing for us to quickly review incoming projects, prioritize, and send through our internal Project Approval Process.
