Organising with Monday
What do you like best about the product?
The feature to work together + the structure and overview.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you work on multipe boards, it would be helpful to have an overview somewhere of all items.

General overview, storing everything in one place.
We could no longer work without Monday
What do you like best about the product?
We are in product manufacturing, so we need tracking for our production line, and we couldn't do without it now with the WOW integrations and automation. It is very easy to use. The customer support is excellent; we send an email and they often respond within the day.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a bit of a lack of automation options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The tracking between colleagues. We have much less travel since we can see the tracking in real time.
Great for projects and general business management
What do you like best about the product?
Its great to manage all of our large projects as it can be accesssed everywhere and all of the documents can be stored online for everyone to see. The support has been good so far to date and the fact that they are always adding to the portal is even better.
We were able to move some of our in house processes onto Monday.com such as holiday requests and in comming calls onto Monday.com so that we got automated alerts and notifications which we could then act on. This made life a lot easier and also meant that everything was tracked in a single place should you miss the alert. The integration has been really simple with the creation of forms etc being really simple and the integration with Gsuite has been great as well.

What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if it had its own calendar so that we could have a calendar on Monday.com to manage all of our projects and schedule from. This would safe using another system seeing as everything is managed from Monday.com generally.
Also would prefer that boards are not made public to everyone in the organisation by default. I know this is available in one of the more premium packages but it would be good to have this from standard for a privacy viewpoint, especially for smaller businesses using the system as they cannot necesarily afford the higher plan.

Its allowing for multiple project managers to see what is going on with a single project whilst also allowing the onsite engineer to provide updates as well.
It is also solving the issue with managing holiday requests and incomming calls on a central location without the need to have multiple people being told separately or another system involved.
Documentation managent has been great for certifications and documents which need to be accessed regularly.
All of this means that we need less systems and processes to manage the daily business and projects.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday helped us streamline our work processes and save time and money. We could easily set up new tasks, get ready for our weekly meetings, and monitor our project budgets.
Our favorite feature of Monday is the enhanced productivity it offers us. We can design our own workflows that suit our goals and optimize our daily performance.

What do you dislike about the product?
I don't use a mobile app very often, but I like having one to handle tasks quickly, check my daily schedule, and monitor our project status.
Monday's mobile app is not very good. It has gotten better since I first tried it, but it is not very adaptable. The desktop version is much superior.

Advanced reporting
This feature has been very helpful for me. I can make a dashboard that changes automatically whenever the source data does. That's amazing.
I don't need to bother other team leaders for reports on how we're doing. I can simply see the dashboard and know our status, our bottlenecks, our budget, and more. I really enjoy it.

Great experience, helpful organization-wide tool
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com presents itself in a colorful, organized way that instantly makes my coworkers want to learn more about it. It kind of sells itself. I also enjoy how many different features there are in terms on automation, widgets, etc. I'm learning something new everyday!
What do you dislike about the product?
I hate that you can't format text in text box columns. I don't like that you can't build out folders beyond one layer deep. I don't like that control Z doesnt work most of the time. I don't like how sometimes there isn't an automation for a surface-level, easy idea but there will be a complex formula automation for some wildly rare instance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Accountability, time management. I am able to show people when and where their help or review was needed, thus holding people accountable. I also love that everything is in one place rather than in email threads or in years-old folders on Teams.

Monday.com offers visual project management tools, allowing me to create customizable boards, assign tasks.
If you like things organized, Monday is a dream.

Adjusting boards to your individual needs and it allows you to track progress in a super effective way.
What do you dislike about the product?
It runs slow and often crashes often. Monday is great if you run a small business, however if you have too much information stored in there it can slow down, if you work fast like I do its not ideal.
I think the search bar should be able to run on fewer words entered instead of having to type in the entire name of the board your looking for.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking delays accross departments. Usually you have to manualy track down the source going through all the different departments to find the issue, but with Monday you can see in 1 second which department is stuck and jump staright in to support them.

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to organize and set-up automations for frequently completed tasks. There are many features for entering and tracking work. The Monday team regularly offers Office Hours and are very responsive to questions and helpful in their responses. Large knowledge base is also avaiable. I'm a BIG fan of Monday.com and use it multiple times per day.
What do you dislike about the product?
Largest pain point with Monday is the way Items/Sub-items are counted and reported by dashboard wigets. If your team wants to track counts of BOTH Items and sub-items, the active and completed counts will be off. The dashboard filters appear to allow filtering using OR statements to be able to count both Items and sub-items together. However, this is not currently available in Monday requiring us to have split widgets - one for Items and another for sub-items and manually combine.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Better organization, timelines, and labels for metrics. The built-in notification features also allow for one-stop-shop for communicating updates. Most importantly, there are a lot of options for automations and many templates available to help you get started. Very helpful for increasing efficiency and productivity.
Great way to plan & execute
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use and effective. The user experience is clean and modern, and there is a good level of control over things like security / sharing. It is easy even for regular users to build boards and configure automations, making everyone more effective. We use it all the time and it is making us more organized and more effective. Besides keeping us organised and focused, it promotes good dialog between different parts of the business.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some UI/UX quirks, e.g. moving items around between groups (or subitems between tasks & groups) is quite clunky and can make you lose your preset sort options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving the problem of not being organised, lack of transparency and of lack of communication (or communication in silos). This benefits us as everyone is 'on the same page' and as actions are executed, tracked and followed up on more easily.

can easily be as simple and as complex depending on the needs. so the customization part is nice.

new updates of outlook is not supported by monday, when linking some actions of outlook to sync

storage isues being solved as well as management part too.
