What do you like best about the product?
We use it for our order processing. We like that it looks like a spreadsheet so we can do our order processing with ease. We use this everyday, and it was easy to integrate into our system. We love the Llama Farm.
What do you dislike about the product?
We wish that it was more customizable sometimes. But we were able to make it work! I also wish that Monday came with more features instead of having to use a million integrations. Takes too much Time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solved our order processing issue, we were just doing everything from memory prior causing problems. Now we are much more organized, and spend more time getting back to our valued customers.
An ultra versatile platform
What do you like best about the product?
Monday is easy and intuitive to use. The implementation of the tool in our company was done smoothly. What we like about Monday is that the platform evolves quickly. We discover all kinds of features over time and we can customize our boards according to our workflows. We feel like there are no limitations.
What do you dislike about the product?
We would like the platform to have a module or space for written content. We are thinking, among others, of software like Notion and Microsoft Loop, which offer this type of functionality. Therefore, we have to use other software in parallel to fill this gap.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday solves the collaboration problem within the team. Everyone now knows what they need to do, and we have an overall picture of the projects at hand. All the stakeholders in the projects are becoming more responsible and dedicated to their tasks. We see an increase in efficiency in our projects.

At the beginning I expected a free of charge training for employees, which wasn't possible.

reducing emails, tracking the workflow easily
Very helpful for organizing a small business
What do you like best about the product?
Monday has helped our small business be more organized. We keep coming up with more and more ways to use it to make our daily tasks easier. Implementation was easy and fast. We have 4 users that use it every single day and the automations have made my daily tasks easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish we could tab through out fields. Stopping to click a new field is a bit annoying and slows down progress.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can now see at a glance what jobs are in the shop, what jobs are being completed by an outside vendor and all the particulars about any given job. Monday.com has automated daily emails sent to customers (estimated shipping date, shipping information, estimated re-order date, item ready to be picked up, etc.) and with those emails have elimated many telephone calls for tracking info and estimated ship dates, allowing the team to focus on other important tasks. We also use it as a CRM database and a vendor database, eliminating have to maintain that information separately. We are also in the process of having monday.com automate filling out an order form.

Having the team in the same page with who is doing certain things, who is overseeing others etc.

What do you like best about the product?
Sharing tasks between teams makes everything much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limited seats / High price per seat makes it hard to share.

Keeping track of tasks for each department - making backloging much easier.
Work Efficiency
What do you like best about the product?
Monday has been great at streamlining our processes and allowing our work to to be done more efficiently. By being able to streamline things, we can make sure that request are not missed or lost in our email inboxes and things can be done in a timely manner so that those doing the work are not overwhelmed and those requesting a project are responded to efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice if people responses to form could be upadted so that there aren't duplicates
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Though they are might be things being solved, I am currently unaware of which ones might be benefiting me and our team at this moment.
Can be used to organize operations
What do you like best about the product?
I love how everything is customizable to fit your needs! I use it for vendor onboarding, Work order creation, proposal generating and even asset tracking
What do you dislike about the product?
There really isnt anything that I dislike about Monday.com!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to send out bulk emails to potential customers and clients, along with a link for them to fill out our custom built online forms! I am able to collect all information and data into one streamlined place!

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to easily monitor our workload and share it externally with a view-only table link.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price. I want a lighter pricing option for someone only using the barest features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday allows me to keep a cloud-based project list and share it with out government clients, live. It also allows me to export a CSV copy of our project list for in-person meetings fairly easily.
It is organizational and efficient
What do you like best about the product?
Have metrics of my dashboards to be able to make decisions in a timely manner.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost per user seems too expensive to me. Not being able to add just one more seems silly to me. Why does it have to be for a minimum of 5 more? Nothing good.

Have clear metrics. Organize my projects with the different creative teams.
