What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is vital for the daily operation of our agency. It is so easy to keep track of the workload for all of our employees at any given time. The customization of the platform is vast and can be tailored to any operation. It is easy to add users and get them integrated into workflows ASAP. The learning curve for using the platform is easy for all levels of tech savvy. Customer service has been helpful every step of the way.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like there is so much the platform can do that we haven't even scratched the surface yet and are not using the platform as effectively as we should.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com is making our work quantifiable and providing us valuable metrics to our workloads and efficiencies. We did not have those abilities before implementing Monday.com.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is great for organising, sharing and collaborating with my teammates. I can easily manage the operational side of the business. I can assign my colleagues tasks and receive up-to-date feedback immediately once they have completed it. I also love the automation that can be set up which makes it super-efficient and saves me so much time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only negative thing is that you have to pay extra to be able to have private boards. Which we definitely will be purchasing as we scale our business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com solves many day-to-day problems. One of the main benefits is having everything all in one place. I can effectively manage the building of our new website, even managing external and internal individuals together all in one place.
Best Project Management Software I've Ever Used
What do you like best about the product?
It's a simple and solution based software system that helps me implement and oversee multiple projects at the same time. I can also upload drafts and add stakeholders to projects, which allows large teams to stay informed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much. I think it would be nice to have an analytics tool. Like something that analyzed incompleted/difficult projects, and which projects were easiest to handle.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's very quick and helps me manage multiple tasks at the same time.
Monday is a great application that makes my job easier by capturing all the necessary information.

BCC the link into emails for auto updates into the system.

No applicable as so far the experience has been great

What do you like best about the product?
Monday's automations are a fantastic way to move tasks around in their different stages. They also allow for quick remind or follow ups. It also allows team members to fully understand the work both at a micro and macro level.
What do you dislike about the product?
Monday attempts to be a centralize resources but it's no friendly to document tracking that isn't done within the Monday docs. So, it would add resources to its resource file unless it's a hard document and we use Google docs for live documents.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday is helping track priority work and collaboration.

I am using this app from last three years, I didn't have any issue with this app.

Easy to use while offering great options for customization & automation
What do you like best about the product?
You can set up a Monday board in a really easy-to-use way, so users will understand intuitively what to do. At the same time, there is a lot of capability for more advanced set-ups, with a higher degree of automation and intelligence. Also integrates well with Slack and other applications.

I feel I haven't discovered most of its potential, a lot of the options seem to be a bit of a secret to me

Makes transparent to the whole team what has been done, is currently done and needs to be done

What do you like best about the product?
The number of features availabel is remarkable, it makes every day use to much easier. I have never had to use the customer service but I am aware of how readily available it is. I use this platform daily and it helps me so much as my role as events marketing coordinator.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes feels over complicated, but once you get familiar with it you understand how it all works very well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work as an events marking coordiantor and it helps me to store all of my information in one place so I know where evrything is, the sub items really help me to locate everything I need.

It keeps everything nice and neat. You can share tasks and keep everyone close together in remote environments.

I love it. I just wish i knew how to use all of it.
