What do you like best about the product?
monday helps in team management in a simple and automated way, has easy-to-organize buffers and extremely efficient communication and file control between employees.
What do you dislike about the product?
Automation could be more extensive, not limiting the interaction between elements to what is already pre-defined.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

An easy to use, flexible product that can save time & resource for almost every department
What do you like best about the product?
It's flexibility and drag and drop nature set it apart. It's so easy for non-tech users that it makes the IT department's life much easier and allows them to control their own work.
What do you dislike about the product?
As you become heavily invested in it you will want to keep a close track on integrations - my main bug bear at present is a lack of pro active alert when these fail - there is tracking available but you need to look for it rather than be notified.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project tracking, visibility of workload, removing manual admin tasks

What do you like best about the product?
I love the status' and the personalisaion on the boards. It has a lot of different column types to suit your needs and it's incredibly collaborative.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some features missing such as moving a task from one board to another and copy and pasting status options from one board to another (you have to do it manually). Also the dashboard views can be glitchy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves deligation, it helps with breaking down a task and understanding where you're at for each task, you can work collaboratively. I work in social media so I love the fact you can export excel sheets as a board!

What do you like best about the product?
A very good organised overview of the to do tasks. Easy for the team to work togheter.
What do you dislike about the product?
The use of loads of colours makes it sometimes quit busy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can see when we have gaps in our planning.

Monday.com is awesome! I've ben using it for 2 years for my work and I love it!

1. everything looks pretty intuitive and easy

What do you dislike about the product?
I couldn't find the undo option. Fore example if I move the specific task to another part of the board and want to just simply move it back I cannot do it. Usually, I do such things but clicking Command + Z but it doesn't work in this case.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It just makes my tasks more clear and makes it easy for me to prioritize them by importance.
Timeframe works great, I can always check the progress of the tasks and their deadlines.

What do you like best about the product?
I absolutely love the timeline and gant views on Monday.com. It's sooo easy to use and plan my days/weeks/projects all in one place.

It could become more customisable like Notion but maintain its ease of navigation.

A very easy accessible work management.

The thing I like best about Monday.com is that it allows you to pull multiple data analysis which you can then create into multiple graphs.
What do you dislike about the product?
What is least helpful is the fact that there are no Y or X options for graphs.

It is solving the issue if not being able to have all data in one work management space. Monday allows this.

In some ways, its overwhelming. I don't allow myself time to be creative.

Monday.com is making it easy to keep track of what's going on in my business which ensures an organized environment and ease of quickly locating information needed.

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite thing about Monday.com is the ability to easily delegate leads and tasks to the appropriate staff. Implemenation of routing was very easy and we were able to integrate our webforms as well. We use Monday.com all day everyday to make sure that every team member knows exactly where every project, opportunity and customer support request stands.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, we haven't determined any specific downsides to Monday.com

Keeping track of opportunites in our pipeline.
Projecting cash flow based on tracking opportunities in our pipeline.
Ensuring that projects are moving forward, meeting milestones and are completed in the timeframe in which they are promised.
