My GoTo platform for keeping track of my projects

What do you like best about the product?
The UI is increadible! It looks very professional and easy to navigate, espacially for my big team where I can track the progress of the task assigned, see where is delayed and be informed in setting realistic deadlines. Great tool overall!
What do you dislike about the product?
We cannot imagine using any other platform, keep up the good work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hellps us to track the time for each task assigned. Its great that each assignee can comment, attach files and make updated to the given task, so all of us are aware of the project is developing. From a Project Management perspective is very nice to track the collaboration as the team members tag each other where they require more help and they manage to meet the deadlines without being anxious of providing report if a delay is needed.

What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to use once it has been set up and also the customer support is very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot really say it is a dislike but sometimes the setting up can be challenging to some other people but it is doable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com makes the whole workflow to be more efficient which saves us a lot of time and enables more ROI.

The collaborative aspects, where team members can work together on boards easily.

The lack of information on automations; they feel incredibly complex to those who are not familiar with them.

Monday helps solve task management issues, and assists in the reduction of email-reliance.

What do you like best about the product?
One of the features that has benefited me the most is the ability to customize workflows. I can tailor monday.com to our specific needs without having to rely on a development team. This has allowed us to be more efficient and flexible in the way we handle our projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have experienced some synchronization issues between the mobile app and the desktop version. This is somewhat annoying when I am out of the office and need to access information quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday provides me with a centralized platform for project management. Not only does it help me stay organized, but it also improves communication and efficiency across the team.

What do you like best about the product?
It is a tool that provides me with what I need to manage internal projects and those with end clients. We have various workspaces to separate departments and manage different projects, and it also allows us to have simple integrations with services like Teams or Outlook.

What do you like best about the product?
Effortlessly set up and navigate Monday.com for seamless collaboration with my project manager, Operations, and Admin on a daily basis. The platform boasts a plethora of fantastic features, with continuous updates adding even more functionality. Its smooth integration with various apps automates mundane tasks, enhancing efficiency. Remarkably, my interactions with customer support and the Monday.com community have yielded prompt and accurate responses, making it a reliable tool for my diverse needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Regarding the automatic timer feature, I often find myself forgetting to stop it. It would be beneficial if the system could send browser notifications to alert users when the timer is running. Alternatively, incorporating notifications into the mobile application, providing updates on the ongoing activity duration, could serve as a helpful reminder for users like myself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I appreciate the organization provided by Monday.com, with dedicated boards for each project or task, complete with customizable columns and fields tailored to my needs. This structure ensures a clear overview of my tasks, the remaining workload, and the progress of my colleagues. The feature that automatically sends emails when someone assigns a task is particularly helpful, keeping me promptly informed and ensuring efficient communication within the team.

as a marketing team, we handle MANY topics and projects and the same time. it allows you to separate everything as you need, keep track of different activities (social media, general projects, campaigns, whatever you need), as it is very customizable

What do you like best about the product?
The tool is helpful when tracking tasks and creating tickets with many stakeholders in our organization. It also has good integrations with other tools to have everything in every flow. Finally it also has a great calendar feature to keep track of all incoming schedules.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not so frendly for brand new users to use at first.

It helps organize workflows and projects among various stakeholders in our organization and creates a calendar for precise tracking and forecasting.

What do you like best about the product?
Intuitive & exciting interface & the ability to task employees bringing them onto same board & real time tracking of tasks. The dashboards & features are well detailed & awesome.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its bit sketchy & tough with automations & integrations. Its difficult for the first few times to learn them but gets easier as time passes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to diversify workspaces & categorise them, makes it easier for the team following everyday work management. It improved overall task management & team collaboration.
