Keeps My Small Business Organized and On Track
What do you like best about the product?
Monday is a great way for me to stay organized on tasks that need to be done. As a small business owner, is it the pefredct way for me to assign tasks to employees and stay on track of everything. I appreciate the different color coding to highlight work in progress, pending, and completed tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reminder notifications could be more regular.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday keeps me organized with what needs to be done and making sure things are happening in a timely manner.
Effortless Automation and Collaboration with monday.com
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to color code the dashboards and coordinate automatizations in order to reduce the manual input. It also allows resources to be aligned in the right place without needing to send several emails with attachments. It is very easy to implement across departments. We use monday.com daily and it saves us every time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am unsure if we can link the calendar of different people within monday.com and update this accordingly, since the only account i could link was showing the incorrect dates. It would also be nice to have AI working by populating some fields with a summary of the study
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can allocate the team members easier and manage their workload correctly so that nobody has a 100% workload and someone else has 10%

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate monday Work Management for its intuitive, user-friendly interface that makes staying organized and managing team tasks easy. The platform allows me to effortlessly show team members where we are in a project, promoting transparency and effective collaboration. The interface is visually appealing and simple to use, making both navigation and interaction with the software straightforward. I find transitioning from Asana to monday Work Management worthwhile due to its superior interface. Additionally, the setup was very easy, which facilitated a smooth transition for my team. Overall, I am quite satisfied with how the software enhances our productivity by ensuring we stay on track with task deadlines without forgetting any assignments.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there could be improvements in the way AI is utilized to reschedule tasks, especially when we're stuck. It would be beneficial to have more advanced AI features to assist in task management and rescheduling, which currently seems lacking.

I use monday Work Management to keep our team organized, assign tasks, ensure deadlines are met, and prevent missing tasks, enhancing our workflow and productivity.

What do you like best about the product?
This platform streamlines my team's daily communication, helping us stay organized. As part of a marketing team, we're involved in many different projects and day-to-day tasks that require tracking and reporting. Monday helps us stay on track, ensuring deadlines are met on time and all of our information is conveniently stored in one common place. It's easy for anyone to use, and we have teams across the company realizing how it can save them time and hassle. My company also has dedicated Monday support, which allows us to ask questions directly to a rep when we hit a roadblock.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a bit difficult to navigate at times, especially when building a new board or experimenting with automations. My team has also had issues with notifications not functioning the way we intended. I recently attempted to utilize some of the new AI features to generate competitive reporting, but I was disappointed by the accuracy of the information it provided when compared to my manual research.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One specific problem it has helped us with is event planning. We host large events three times a year, and before we had this platform, we felt very unorganized and rushed before every event. We now have board structures built into Monday that enable cross-functional teams, such as Events and Marketing, to communicate and collaborate with ease. More effective planning has enabled us to enhance our events and continually raise the bar. On another note, I appreciate how I can track PR-related data in one location, including online reviews, complaints, award applications, philanthropic events, and more. My team also relies on it heavily to track social media growth. We use the calendar to plan social media months in advance, allowing us to work ahead and have a quick glance at what's to come. Lastly, the forms are amazing. They are so easy to build and use, and we lean on them for various needs in the organization.

What do you like best about the product?
The organization within Work Management is the most useful quality. Throughout my agency, there are hundreds of documents and notes we need to log. Work Management makes it extremely seamless and easy for anyone to navigate.

The platform often lags or takes a while to load, no matter how strong my wifi is.

Work Management allows my agency and client to work out of the same platform and dashboards. It is extremely helpful to communicate with each through the same pages and leave feedback seamlessly.

I have been using Monday for about a year now, and I honestly haven't noticed any significant flaws. If I had to point out something, perhaps the notes section could be a bit more streamlined, though I'm not entirely sure what changes would improve it.

The main advantage of monday is how it helps organize and manage the flow of tasks. I lead a team of six people, and we handle many projects. The platform has been extremely helpful in streamlining our workflow, especially when tasks need to be handed off from one team member to another.

This tool offers visual workflows for project management, allowing us to easily track our progress on different aspects of a project. It also provides access to more detailed insights when needed, which helps us stay informed about the finer points of our work.

The access to real-time updates and the ability to access the information from any web-connected platform (app or website).

If too many people have access to make changes, it can become unwieldy with a lack of consistency in data flow and processing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our primary use is for scheduling of our production areas. Because most of the work we do is project-based, we can have as many as 70-80 projects going through various stages of our operations. Monday.com allows us to provide concise, easy-to-access information specific to each area.
