The ability to create boards to fit individual requirements of teams and individuals.
Colour coding is so useful to see at a glance where progress is stuck.

No off line mode is frustrating especially if trying use the pages function

We use it to track customer issues and queries - in one place, everyone can see what is happening.

Monday.com makes project management easier!
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is easy to set up and use. I use it daily to keep on the same page with the project manager, Operations, and Admin. Monday.com has a lot of great features and they add more just about every day. It integrates well with a lot of other apps and makes a lot of the monotonous tasks automatic. I've asked some odd questions of customer support and the Monday.com community and gotten quick and accurate answers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Monday.com doesn't yet do all of the integrations I'd like to have but there are workarounds or 3rd-party apps that help with some of these.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com solves the problem of using different apps to communicate necessary information to different people. In Monday.com, you have one location for all the information you need to impart, and everyone is on the same page as far as next steps, timing, etc.
A stable product that ensures better team coordination and better project management in an organization
What is our primary use case?
I use monday.com in my company for work management, project management, and task management.
How has it helped my organization?
With the use of the tool in our organization, we have had a good experience with better team coordination and better project management, but one cannot modify it.
What is most valuable?
Though the product's interface is quite simple, it lacks some functionalities. There are some automation areas that work quite well in the solution, but the product lacks in certain items when it comes to implementation.
What needs improvement?
Mostly, the sub-items in the organization of the project are areas where improvements are needed. Though it offers full customizability, the table is an area where the product's performance is not quite up to the mark. From any improvement perspective, the solution should consider the aforementioned areas where it lacks.
For how long have I used the solution?
I have experience with monday.com. I use the solution's latest version since it is a SaaS-based product.
What do I think about the scalability of the solution?
Scalability-wise, I rate the solution a nine out of ten.
More than 200 people in my company use the solution.
Our company has plans to increase the usage of the solution in the future.
How was the initial setup?
The product's initial setup phase was straightforward.
The solution is deployed on the cloud.
The solution is always ready to use since it is available in the cloud, but you need a week or two to get the product working correctly.
For the deployment, you mostly create your team and invite people, and you complete the templates and dashboard. The longest part of the deployment is related to the dashboard, as you need to customize the dashboard to your needs.
At least two people with technical knowledge are required to take care of the deployment and maintenance of the product, but as it is a user-friendly tool, anyone can manage it.
What about the implementation team?
Our company's in-house team managed the product's installation.
What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?
Though I am unsure about the product's pricing plan, there is a need to make monthly payments towards the licensing costs attached to the solution, and it operates on a per-user plan.
What other advice do I have?
Those who plan to use the solution should take time to dive deep, test, and try to customize the product to meet their needs.
I rate the overall product a nine out of ten.

There are certain simple features that are not available on the monday.com which could have made the expereince better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For all events we place everything on mondays. We have a team which lives in different part of the world, so having everything in one place helps to streamline the process
Easy to navigate
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy that Monday is self explanatory and is so user friendly
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it difficult sometimes to utilise the filters , but it's just a case of getting used to them !
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As our business gets busier internationally, it allows us to easily identify stages of projects and who is allocated to deal with them
Helpful, but it can become a never-ending to do list.
What do you like best about the product?
It keeps accountability on each individual contributor to complete tasks and provides a better avenue for status updates.
What do you dislike about the product?
If the person who is driving its implementation is an extreme example of a Type A personality, be prepared to update Monday.com A LOT. If you are a person witb an extremely full schedule you may find yourself overwhelmed as it can feel like your doing more work for no reason.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I tend to be a creative. I am very good at design and conceptualizing aomething, but I am not the best at implementation.
Monday.com makes marketing manageable.
What do you like best about the product?
What makes Monday.com invaluable to me is the customizable, interactive boards I create for each month to keep track of all of campaigns and promotions. I know exactly what stage every project is at from the start to when it makes in in front of the customer. The ability for my collaborators and I to communicate directly in Monday.com with each campaign's own individual thread is also a huge help and keeps the line of communication clear and concise.
What do you dislike about the product?
At this point in time, I've yet to find anything to dislike about Monday.com. It works exactly as I need it to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to create roadmap of where projects start to when they're completed and ready for the customer.
