What do you like best about the product?
Very user-friendly. Ease of enforcement. I acquire customer service. Frequency of use is every day. The number of features is very helpful in my work. A simple integration.

You must scroll on the map to access individual sectors!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The customers of my company are easier to find, and I can provide references for that!

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com allows my team to easily organize projects and create detailed task lists, which can be viewed on a day to day basis to meet deadlines. Monday.com creates a central hub for my team and I to communicate ideas, details, share notes, and keep track of progress on many different projects. Monday.com is easy to use and modify to best suit my needs. The customer support at Moday.com is top notch. Whenever I have any questions I can reach out to them with a quick response.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Monday.com may not upload files in the format I need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of all projects and tasks and also the progress of the projects and tasks. This allows our team to be more efficient and productive when we need to complete multiple projects and tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
As an event planner, there are so many little things to do for each and every element of the collective event. This app has made it so easy to be able to not only delegate tasks, but see who is where within their individual assignments. Every little details for project management you need is here at your convenience.
What do you dislike about the product?
No dislikes! This system has been a breeze!

It is solving the confusion that my teams might experience with larger projects and events at hand. This has saved time and made things more clear across the board for our company!

The layout feels a little messy at times, it's intuitive but sometimes confusing

Kanban boards: This is a visual way to track the progress of tasks and projects. You can see all of your tasks in one place, and you can easily move them around to reflect their status.
What do you dislike about the product?
Expensive for small teams: The basic plan starts at $8 per user per month, which can be expensive for small teams or individuals.

Disorganization and lack of visibility: monday.com provides a centralized platform for planning, tracking, and managing projects, improving transparency and collaboration.
Monday a tool for specific scenarios with great tools for automation and management
What do you like best about the product?
The platform itself feels so smooth, it was really good developed, The dark night look is cool, the features itself are awesome, dashboards and teams are good enough, the views are understandable, you can change the views for CRM dashboard which I considere is really helpful. I love the automation of tickets.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I try to follow up a conversation over a CRM ticket, I cannot link my business email to send email through the platform, I have to use the linked Email from the company, I Can use the external link to CCO an email via updates, but It's not the same.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday was deployed to overcome problems on the Postsales area. There was a defficient process to assign, follow up, and close Support tickets so in order to have a unified platform where engineers can write updates, change the state of tickets and end customer can interact with the team, we were creating CRM Sales dashboard for this purpose.
Meaningful control of projects with Monday.com..
What do you like best about the product?
Project management is much easier and tracking progress is even easier.
I like how it speeds up the work process and provides accurate,high quality data in return.
Very easy to understand and the online support team is great and always helpful.
Also i appreciate it's ability to automate and collaborate with team members.

No real downside to Monday.com ..it is a great platform.

Organize weekly tasks.
Great for increasing office collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
I love how it increased our productivity. It's also easy to use which makes it useful for onboarding. We use Monday everyday and my job would be very difficult without it. I also like all of the integrations such as ones with Typeform and other third-party software.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that you can't just buy one seat. This is not ideal for solopreneurs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday help us tremedously with project management and planning. We have multiple projects going on at once so Monday helps us keep track with tasks and subtasks.
A Team Collaborative Platform
What do you like best about the product?
The Monday.com boards facilitate a very collaborative structure for teams to work together.
What do you dislike about the product?
notification setup took a liitle longer for the team to understand and setup to be effective in thier structure and workflow.

The largest one is workflow and editing and approval processes.
