A good platform
What do you like best about the product?
It's great as a task organizer, easy to use.

It can be a little confusing to create groups
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is possible to delegate and visualize tasks in a very simple and visual way, previously tasks were delegated via message or word of mouth and this caused some to be forgotten.

What do you like best about the product?
I like to have a space where I can have a list of my pending tasks and update them, knowing the date they were started and finished. Also being able to see what my colleagues are working on. With the latest updates, the way of using it has become easier, since it has been very helpful for me to have the Elements and Subelements to have better control of the dependent activities.
What do you dislike about the product?
The automatic timer, when I tried to use it I always forgot to stop it, I think it should notify you with browser notifications that the time is running or in the cell phone application that is notifying you how long you have been doing the activity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I like that it has boards for each project or task, with the columns and fields I need. This helps me have a clear vision of what I have to do, how many tasks I have left, what tasks my colleagues have already completed. Another thing that helps a lot is that they send automatic emails when someone assigns you a task.

What do you like best about the product?
We ran an extensive procurement exercise to identify Monday.com. By far it lead the way in our exercise. The end user interface allows for ease of adoption by non-technical users. The back end pre-built processes and workflows allow for the tool to be powerful and effective. The management dashboards and outputs allow for project sponsors to be kept up to date.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very little we dislike about monday.com. Their sales approach is pushy BUT that is how organisations like this succeed and grow...

The best part of Monday.com is that they keep evolving with integrations, custom automation, and more and better visualizations that truly add value to the day-to-day work.
It continues to be a friendly user tool and very easy to implement with external platforms like Google.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having all the projects in one single view has been a great improvement the Monday.com team has provided lately.
General Construction has a lot of moving parts. Monday.com streamlines organization of all of them.
What do you like best about the product?
It's entirely configurable to the way we work. Using groups and boards allows us to organize and separate each of our project phases... from estimation to execution and follow-up.

We don't utilize many of the features, but only because we don't choose to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to record and track the status of projects, as well as track supplements that have been submitted to insurance carriers, determine if payment has been made and follow delinquent accounts. We can know at a glance what is in our pipeline and the status of all active projects. THis helps us to schedule new starts, facilitate completions and easily schedule job components.
Easiest Organizational software to use!
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite part about Monday is that I am able to keep all my communication on there. Its easy for my team and I to see what we all have been working on and keep track of our progress.
What do you dislike about the product?
Monday is more project management focused, I wish there were more features specifically for Human Resources.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I personally struggle with keeping all my work on one software and Monday helps me with this. I am able to better organize myself.
Vital Asset for Our Team - There's Something for Everyone!
What do you like best about the product?
For a remote marketing team, Monday.com has been essential to our daily project management. We also encourage our Sales and Product Management teams to assign and track efforts with Monday.com, which has helped improve our communication and keeps tasks on our radar rather than getting lost in our inbox. We love that there are so many customizations and integrations available to meet our individual preferences and needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of my favorite things about Monday.com can also be my dislike. The level of customizations can feel a bit overwhelming when you just need something simple.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to have my own space to track my workflow while also having the ability to keep up with my remote team. Before Monday.com, I would miss important asks from other department members because their emails would get lost in my inbox. Now, they know to assign a task within Monday.com and we will proceed from there! All meeting notes, updates, files, links, drafts and approvals are done within one space which helps keep everyone in the loop and on track.
My Go To Organizational App for Business and Personal
What do you like best about the product?
I love everything about this app. I can not only use the exisiting templates for whatever I am trying to do for my business, or create my own. It's easy to use, visually great functionally reliable on both the app and website. I love it! I use it for work and for personal! I highly recommend it!
I have referred so many people to this app as well. I always get thanked. It's so functional and easy to use. There are still so many things I can do that I learn every day. What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing i dislike about it is that I cannot connect different emails to one account. I have two businesses but I can't connect my other business email. Actually I am not totally sure about this but I have tried and still working on it
