Zip codes do not auto populate when typing in addresses

Pricing on higher side hence not suitable for managing smaller teams.

Monday.com addresses various challenges in wirk management, collaboration and project tracking.

easy to use, with lots of features and syncing with other apps like Outlook etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes is very slow, when your boards are with lots of tasks.

keeping me on time with my deadlines, which helps me and my team to grow, and focus on important stuff
Great Collaboration for my team
What do you like best about the product?
I like that all of the information for a task/project is centralized in one location where several members of my team can all access it and input their contributions. Instead of emailing, downloading, and searching through archives by having the tasks assigned correctly under the designated account with simple defined titles saves everyone so much time. I am even able to search for past projects and review the entire workflow with ease. Before Monday I was constantly piecing together information and always requesting updates and status timelines from my team. Now I dont have to spend that amount of time searching when I can easily find everything organized on Monday. Using Monday has increased my productivity overall and I have so much more time to dedicate to my most important priorities!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a way to combine tasks from 2 seperate boards
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday solves the issue of sharing information across several different remote teams. Instead of emailing and relying on a utilizing a shared drive folder Monday offers everyone complete visibility.

Customer service is very attentive and will do everything to find you a solution.
What do you dislike about the product?
The structure or understanding the features can be complex but clicking and playing with the system will get you what you need.

Keeping me on track to due date with follow-up calls as well as securing client information and notes.

It allows my entire team to easily interact with each other.

I honestly haven't found a downside so far.

Our team is able to stay up to date in real time with each order thanks to how we have organized our work flow chart in Monday. This helps us make sure nothing is missed and orders are completed correctly and on time.

It's so helpful to have status markers that different people working on the project can update, along with individual due dates.

Occasionally too many automated notifications.

Monday.com helps keep our projects organized, from bigger/multi-month campaign launches to weekly email briefs.
Once you get used to the layout, it's amazing.

The alerts are helpful and the fact that it is customizable.

Moving items from one board to another is challenging and trying to integrate OpenPhone has been nearly impossible.

Communication has been a problem in the past, so it's incredibly helpful with keeping everyone on the same page.

The automations, the ability to link boards

When you convert item to subitem, or vice versa, it doesn't take the activity logs with it
