What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use, ability to customise it to your particular business needs and the visibility of projects to all users. It was incredibly easy to get started and implement the system....just a few days to be up and running and make a noticeable positive impact
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting functionality is quite clunky and an enhanced reporting suite that can allow for greater manipulation of data would be helpful

Providing visibilty and transparency to all users across the business as to the status and next steps for their work/projects

What do you like best about the product?
Colloboration with different teams within the business - keeping track of multiple tasks and deadlines all in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface and notifications could be a be a bit easier to use. on the whole, its pretty straight forward and easy to use though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Multiple tasks in one area - can see all tasks that the wider business is working on, which helps colleagues stay on top of different business initatives

What do you like best about the product?
The thing that I like most about monday.com is how intuitive it is to use, and how visually it displays your team's progress on our topic. It also has fantastic integrations with apps like Google Calendar and Slack, allowing for regular reminders and alerts when tasks are coming up or are overdue.
What do you dislike about the product?
Whilst monday.com has lots of great features, the scale of the platform can sometimes be a bit overwhelming! It would be great to have more guidance or specific templates on what features work best for different types of projects, just to help maximise it's use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
monday.com helps us to manage our time as a team, distributing tasks among a remote group of workers and ensuring everything stays on track and tasks aren't forgotten! It's also useful for comparing the workload of various team memebers, to see who has the most on their plate at any given time.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com has been a game-changer for our team's project management. It's super easy to get started with and use, which is great for everyone on the team, no matter their tech skills. The different views it offers make managing projects at all levels seamless and tailored to what we need.
My favorite part is how it integrates with email—it's awesome being able to organize and keep all our email discussions neatly tied to the right project tasks. Plus, the automation features are a lifesaver for keeping everything running smoothly and on schedule.

What do you dislike about the product?
One of the main drawbacks is that the formulas and calculations within the platform aren't as intuitive or robust as I'd like. For more complex calculations or specific data manipulations, we sometimes find ourselves resorting to Google Sheets to get the job done.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com tackles the challenge of tracking changes to project scopes caused by scattered email communications. Its direct email integration allows us to link and store emails within project pulses, ensuring everyone stays updated in one place. This feature has significantly improved our workflow efficiency and transparency, streamlining project management and reducing communication gaps.

What do you like best about the product?
Usability - The best part of monday.com is being very user-intuitive if the workflow is set up correctly. For simple use cases template centre has a lot of options to choose from.
What do you dislike about the product?
Rolling up information from private/shareable boards is challenging. Dashboards require specific level permission for visibility otherwise granting visibility to each user might be quite timeconsuming (especially if the board has a connect board column with a private connection)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creates visibility and transparency over key initiatives each stream is responsible for. Project management features make it easy to follow up on progress.

What do you dislike about the product?
nothing to dislike. i would be happy if i could link exists Jira item to Monday board (for cases that it was created in Jira directly and not via the integration)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a small startup, we didnt implemented yet large platforms like salesforce, zendesk, etc. With Monday we can mange different type of projects and plans, customers boards, roadmap, and more
Helps me to work productively and efficiently
What do you like best about the product?
The tool helps me to work productively and efficiently. If I have to-dos in my head, I can simply write them down on Monday, sort them out and know that I will be reminded at the right time. I have all the important metrics at a glance and know when my team is working on which tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unfortunately, there is only one way to pay for several people in the package, including 3 people or 10. If I'm in between, e.g. with 7 people in the team, then I pay for 3 people "for free", which is a bit annoying. I would like to see individual billing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The tool helps me keep an overview. I can group my tasks and structure the way I work.

Monday.com's ease of integration has streamlined our processes and allowed us to centralize our workflows and manage our development projects. The ease of use has allowed us to share boards with key external partners, which supports collaboration. Monday.com has become a tool that we use daily and continues to grow in importance as we learn more about its features. The ease of implementation allowed the entire staff to integrate it within their workflow and increase productivity. 360 Wellness Education highly recommends monday.com!
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be helpful if, within a board, there could be variation within the group column content. This limitation might be due to the user's level of proficiency within monday.com

monday.com has allowed us to manage our workflows and projects with an integrated tool for the entire team to work with. It has streamlined our work efforts and provided the means to discuss key points within the thread of information. It has become a resource hub for our business and simplified how we do our business.

What do you like best about the product?
You can manage all your task and divide them. It's user friendly and you can customize it almost as you want. Adding comments and change the status is very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
too much emails coming everyday, that are not always helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
You can share the progress of your project with all your team very easily.
Great collaborative tool for our small & busy team
What do you like best about the product?
The dashboards are easy to read, the notifications let me know when my team members are busy updating projects or assigning new tasks. I love it because of the easy file sharing.

The downside is the cost for a small team, or a team whose size changes from year to year.
We need to figure out if we want to migrate all of our content in 2024 to a less expensive or free service, but we will likely keep Monday.com despite price increases since the time and resources to migrate also represent a cost.
We also would like to be able to add more seats or viewers when we bring in collaborators on specific projects, but again, this will add expense.
