Just started using but I'd recommend!
What do you like best about the product?
Good for meetings with my colleagues and organising meeting structure

Perhaps a little boring to look at, no engaging visuals.

The only thing I would change is more instruction on how to use Monday. I had to click on things a lot to find out all the features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's allowing me to see all my projects at a glance. To update my progress and to keep my team abreast of the projects as well.

Dependency on Internet Connectivity: Since Monday.com is a cloud-based platform, it requires a stable internet connection. Fast and reliable internet connection useful.
Integration Limitations: Although Monday.com integrates with many tools, users might find certain integrations missing or limited, potentially affecting their existing workflow.

Monday.com has fixed many problems within our workplace such as issues within operations Management, in which coordinating tasks, workflow, communcation has become a lot easier and efficent.
Task Automation has always really helped the team keep on top of all of their work loads. With automation features, repetitive tasks like sending confirmation emails, updating inventory, or generating reports all saves time and reduces the chance of us missing anything.
Lastly Monday.com has aided in are work in collecting and anlysing data, the different tools proivded allow us to track key metrics, identfity trends and make data-driven decision for business improvement and growth.

An invaluable tool for product teams
What do you like best about the product?
As a designer myself I'm a little in awe of the interface. So much complexity presentated with such a neat experience. We focus our energies around our product board -- it's an invaluable tool for product teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
Could use a smaller app console that runs alongside the wider /larger application - that lists your core tasks perhaps and notifies/nudges you to keep you up to date.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday is the key in unlocking and visualising our product roadmap. Imperative to be able to display this for teams and stakeholders alike
Extremely useful work tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to categorise my to do list and having visibility on everything that needs to be completed.
What do you dislike about the product?
the least helpful thing is that you have to scroll down quite a bit to reach the current week - it would be helpful to be automatically taken there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can keep on top of tasks more easily and see how much progress I am making.
Monday - Making Things Easier
What do you like best about the product?
It is a platform which allows information to be stored in order for all employees to access key info. This saves a lot of time and reduces uncertainty, hence our efficiency has improved!
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be good if there were more automated alerts when different boards have been updated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's become my daily task manager, making it easier for me to get through my day-to-day tasks, whilst being able to look ahead at what we have coming up.
