How monday.com organizes our business
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy using monday.com the most, since it is the user-friendly interface that is enjoyable to navigate through. It does not take much knowledge nor experience to get the hang on how to use monday.com becase it really is easy to use. Their customer support is also reliable as they reply as quickly as possible. Our team uses monday.com everyday as it contains all our tasks, our invoicing schedule, our social media ideas, and more. Even our CFO who is not all that techy loves using monday.com!
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not dislike anything in monday.com. Just maybe the number of automations available per month for our standard plan. We rely on automations heavily as this minimizes the manual tasks we used to do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having your tasks in one platform is the best thing in monday.com. I personally love organizing the tasks, groups, boards in folders, so I also love those features.

I can keep track of the status of every project. Also have a priority list to know where to start working first.

I'm very happy with the software at the moment, theres nothing in particular that I dislike.

As we manage a lot of products, images and files, Monday.com have been really helpful to keep everything organized, making it easier to find everything.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday makes tracking deliverables really easy and accessible to any type of user. The UI is so easy to follow. It has lots of ways to customize your boards for a particular objective. It's also easy to use alongside customers for collaboration purposes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the excel exports of the boards were more easily editable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday provides a centralized space to collaborate with my project team and our client stakeholders. I can also track my own tasks outside of my project milestones. It's super helpful to be able to automate my notifications so I don't lose track of any tasks I'm responsible for.

The abundance of features, though comprehensive, can be a bit overwhelming for new users, requiring some time to explore and fully grasp.

Amazing App for Team Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to use both website and app version. I am able to jump on my computer or phone to get items updated very qucik. Easy to navigate between teams don't need to sign in and out to access different accounts. Very easy to have team memebers be onboarded. Customer support is very easy to get a hold off. I

If there is too much information in a Monday Doc it lags a bit

Monday is solving our organization problems. We are able to organize our tasks more seamlessly and focus on the important items with just a glimpse of Monday.com's board.
Super Efficient
What do you like best about the product?
I love Monday' s updates; they make it even easier to use. From the premade templates to the formulas you can create, it makes our work flow better. I've been using this for a little over 3 years and this keeps me so organized.

As of right now, nothing. I am satisfied with the service

Internal communication is almost seamless now through Monday. Also I like how I'm able to check status on projects, marketing efforts and everything inbetween.
