Super Helpful!
What do you like best about the product?
I love using monday.com for our firm. It helps us to send out automated emails to our clients to remind them of court dates and to comment whenever one of us speaks with them so that we are all on the same page. Our firm has benefitted from having monday.com to make sure we are all on the same page with client contact and care to provide the best customer support for our clients! I use it everyday and it is super user friendly!
What do you dislike about the product?
Only thing I would like to be easier would be integrating text messaging into the automations with google voice instead of having to pay for another service.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us to achieve the "one brain" of knowing what is going on with clients without having to talk about every phone call.
MONDAY TASK ORGANIZATION FOR EVERYDAY
What do you like best about the product?
I really like that it is a tool that helps me to organise all my tasks, the boards allow me to see in a better way all the active projects I have, I use this app everyday, I integrate all my team work on new task and new boards, It's very easy to impliment this tool on nwe projects
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like artificial intelligence assistance to help me create automations in my projects, I always look for videos that support me to create automations, but I would like a better customer support with a IA,
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am better organised and can get instant charts and graphs for my presentations to clients.

The friendly user experience, where you are able to add your ideas and coordenate with different teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are many items available, so you must be prepared and well organized to work on it.

Organizing and providing the ownership for each activity.
Exceptional Task Management Tool
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to Add, Prioritize and Organize Tasks in a fashion that allows our Copy Writers and Designers know what's assigned to them and when their tasks are due. Oh, and wonderful Customer Support!
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like more than 500 rows in a board grouping.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Monday.com is amazingly user friendly when compared to other platforms ive used.
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of customization and how creative you can be.
What do you dislike about the product?
The email reminders could be linked better. For example when i press 'Quote sent' i will still get a reminder on the due date.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have problems with the delay when saving documents on the cloud. As colleagues are working from home the instand updating on monday.com is very helpful.
Monday organizes my tasks really well
What do you like best about the product?
I like the organization of my tasks in the "my work" section. I also like how I can assign anyone in the company a task and have it send to them automatically.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see us be able to have two or more people make changes to project timeline, independent of each other. For example, we have a big project and I finished my part, but I'm waiting on coworkers for theirs. I would like to be able to check that I'm done with my part, we can't do that now
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I recieve a ton of requests for work each week from the company. Monday allows me to keep track of everything and make adjustments in real time.
Great tool for remote team of independent contractors
What do you like best about the product?
This tool has allowed our team of independent contractors who all work remotely to collaborate, track projects, and stay organzied. I greatly appreciate the app feature as I can stay connected to my team even when I'm away from my computer.
What do you dislike about the product?
Visually the site can be a little overwhelming due to the amount of content, but it also speaks to just how much detail you can add for a project.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has allowed our team to have one running "to do list" instead of each maintaining separate lists. We all know what is going on with each project at all times, and it minimizes us having to reach out to teammates to ask.
Super Easy to Use!
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to load in project information, in detail, and tag certain people for each project.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a place to list all of the product specifics, but not in the comments section.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday is being used for all creative projects. It's keep the projects on-task, timely, and a great place to archive historical projects for future reference.

How we can organize work tasks and see progress.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes a little while to be able to use all the features, but the tutorials and how to's are very helpfull.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a hybrid (remote and in-office) team, it allows us to better track tasks and monitor how our yearly goals are advancing. It also allows us to visually see progress that is always helpful in achieving goals.

I liker the Visual and intuitive interface, the reminders, the option of my personal board, the automation, the integrations with other tools

The problems I have solved are Lack of communication and collaboration, Inefficient processes.
