Easy to use experience

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful features of Monday is the integration and automations allowing for an easy and quick workflow, as well as the customer service which is always extremely helpful
What do you dislike about the product?
The one thing I dislike about Monday is how you cannot attach images within the gmail automation
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday is solving the problem of sending multiple emails to different people at once, by using Monday the time it would send to do this manually is massively reduced

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com has transformed our organisation.
We use monday as our go to application - Service Desk, Projects, Task Lists, Meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
we use monday.com for our cyber assessment form, although works well. you can stop the form and go back to it when need to. it must be completed as soon as starting and if you have 100 questions can take some time. be good if that works.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
everything from going to multi purpose applications, to all in one platform for everything we do.

What do you like best about the product?
I've been using monday.com for a while now, and it's been a fantastic experience. The platform's user-friendly interface makes project management a breeze. Its customizable features allow for seamless adaptation to our specific workflow needs. The collaboration tools have significantly improved our team's communication and efficiency. While there's always room for improvement, monday.com has undoubtedly enhanced our productivity and project tracking. Solid 9/10!
What do you dislike about the product?
While monday.com is generally impressive, I find its pricing a bit steep, especially for small teams or startups operating on a tight budget.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since integrating monday.com into our workflow, we've seen a dramatic improvement in project management and team collaboration. The platform addresses our need for a centralized, easy-to-navigate system where all project details are visible and manageable in real-time. This has led to increased transparency, better deadline management, and more efficient resource allocation. The benefit is clear: our projects are more organized, team members are more accountable, and as a result, our overall productivity has skyrocketed. It's a tool that has truly transformed the way we work.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday has been a great. Has been a very interesting tool, Its integrations are truly very functional and allow the system to act as any platform should! Very pleased so far. Also, the ease of customization is very good!
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the most innovative things about Monday is that you can create a new ticket with just a QR code or a link. However, it is not possible to set up default emails (from people outside of Monday) to notify each time a case is entered. This is the only thing I would change so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ticket system.

What do you like best about the product?
It helped our business get our scheduling under control and visible to the entire company. The software is very intuitive and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only concern is if it will scale with our business, but it has been more than adequate so far.

What do you like best about the product?
We use Monday to track our projects and our work. Very intuitive user interface and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Somewhat rigid in what you can do. Not overly customizable. However, have continued to see improvements in the updates that addressed some of our issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows us to track our work/progress in one place. Also using for our training programs, which has been a great tool.

What do you like best about the product?
Ever since we are using Monday my team and I work faster and more accurately. We don't waste time in unnecessary emails or meetings and we know who is doing what.

Can't think of anything I don't like. I think ot works awesome.

What do you like best about the product?
The system is visually very intuitive and makes it easy to use. You can also customize boards with colors and different options to make it more interactive while still organizing the information and having everything in one place. In addition, we can all communicate by leaving visible comments so that everyone can see the status of the processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost of Monday can become relatively high for some teams, given the limitations with automations. Furthermore, it is difficult to use as a mobile application, the functionality is reduced because the information becomes confusing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mainly communication because everyone can collaborate on the same platform in real time without losing information. It has also helped me keep projects organized and be able to prioritize them so that the team knows which tasks to focus on when assigning them, making remote work more efficient.
