What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can configurate your account as the best way to keep you on track.
What do you dislike about the product?
the unique think that I dislike is when you want to download your reports to a spreadsheet doesnt save all the information in just one tab, is divide with the comments that you creat for each activity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Have notices what you finished and which one are pending.
Best Software for so much more than Project Management
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is super versatile. Since starting our business we've been using it for CRM, Project Management, Invoice tracking, Marketing compaign roll-out, and Business Performance Tracking.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not sure I dislike anything. I wish they had a better Quickbooks integration. The third party integration provider doesn't have all the features we need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to give status updates across departments and makes the handoffs therefore more seemless. We also never miss a deadline and our client knows where we're at delivering their projects.
Automating good habits
What do you like best about the product?
I like the way it allows my and my team to automate good work habits. Monday.com serves as a failsafe for our daily work flow.
What do you dislike about the product?
It was not inuitive to me so there was a learning curve involved

We are a busy organization with lots of work that needs to be systematically organized every day.
Excellent tool for collaborative work
What do you like best about the product?
I love the shareability between users. Easy to Use.

I wish it had a better in app calendar for scheduling posts
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By using Monday I'm able to post projects for review, tag members that it is relevant to, and receive feedback all in the same place. I like the option for tagging projects based on their progress.
Project Management of the Century
What do you like best about the product?
The way it allows you to personalize your organization. I use it everyday at work.
What do you dislike about the product?
The app is not great, everything is all over the place and confusing, but the desktop version is truly amazing

Team organization and communication with people from other countries, it benefits my workflow and results.

What do you like best about the product?
For one - i'm a very visual person and it gives me all the visuals in a classy and appropriate way! Theres not all this fluff that makes it confusing, but just enough info and tools to make it simple and appealing to look at even when i have a list of 10+ things coming up. It's not overwhelmeing, it just simply keeps me in line and my project manager and boss up on exactly where i'm at on my tasks! I love it, truly!

hmmm... I wish I could think of a con, but theres just nothing that comes to mind really!

Constant quesitons and needed updates from my project manager. She's constantely in the know but my updates on Monday.
Super easy team organization
What do you like best about the product?
It really helps keep our workflow organized, updated, and in one place where both our team members can see it. We use it daily!

I wish the integrations were easier to use.

Monday.com solves the issue of needing to frequently touch base and organizes everything we need to do into a neat timeline.
Great for Custom Project Management
What do you like best about the product?
Monday has saved us a lot of time! The features and customizations are endless. I love that we never had to 'bend' our needs to software(like you have to do with most PM software) since it's not black and white and we can create what we need.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly don't have any complaints. If I do, I always reach out to their team.

Having tasks, projects, and communication all in once place.
The Minimalist's Best Friend for Organizing Projects
What do you like best about the product?
User friendly, visually aesthetic, and easy to manage.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the system has bugs, but this is a technical issue - not alll software will be perfect, that's why we do these reviews right?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com does an excellent job at keeping an organized system, with its automations it makes the workflow much easier to tackle.
Grew on me
What do you like best about the product?
All the different board templates and options of columns. The options are limitless.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that I can't share it with one or two people for certain boards. I would like to be able to collaborate occasionsally for one board without having to pay for a person to be in all of my boards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having to go back and forth and finding out what each others status is on a project is a thing of the past. Easy way to keep projects organized. And conversations streamlined.
