Unmatched Organization for your... Organization?
What do you like best about the product?
I love the granular organization available in Monday.com. The ability to create tasks that are triggered by previous tasks in the timeline being completed makes keeping track of project progress a breeze. I also love that Monday allows for multiple ways of communication and integration with other tools we use such as Slack and Gmail. Seeing everything in one place makes daily tasks visible. Having the ability to tag different folks, and create groups that tag multiple people with just a singular tag makes it easy to notify an entire team about a milestone
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see more customization in my 'My Work' tab where I can remove columns that I don't necessarily use so that columns I do use can be as wide as possible to allow that information to be displayed more fully at-a-glance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think having everything in one place, visible to our whole team, and being able to assign roles, as well as having tasks become live as soon as previous task in the timeline is closed makes it so easy to see where projects are and what needs to be done, even if there are multiple people working on it and 'handing it off' at certain milestones.
It helps our business to save lot of time and organize our tasks

Its Versatility and UI. Also the fact that I can use automations with Make.com

It lacks customization for the presentation of data and there are no modules for barcodes

monday.com gives our team a ingular location to communicate and keep track of our projects and our completion progress! Accountabilty and transparency without bogging down our email!
Great Leadership System
What do you like best about the product?
I'm genuinely fond of the Templates. Crafting my own Leadership Boards allows me to aid my TEAM in a Secure Environment, bypassing the need for email collaboration or platforms that compromise your data.
Our focus is not on managing People, but rather on managing commitments. This board is an ideal tool for such a leadership approach.
Furthermore, the standout feature is the immediate availability of Gantt Charts and the flexibility to modify the view as per our requirements.

What do you dislike about the product?
At times, the sheer volume of information can be daunting, and there's a learning curve involved in organizing your data efficiently. Transferring data from one board to another isn't as straightforward as copying and pasting. You're either left with the option to duplicate and move the data or create a mirror of it. Both processes are time-consuming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com indeed addresses the issue of data consolidation by centralizing all your information, instead of having it scattered across multiple platforms. It also enhances team collaboration and focus by providing a shared workspace for everyone to track what they're working on. Moreover, it's a solution for managing various teams involved in a single project.
What stands out the most for me is the Timeline feature with its Milestones. It allows for a quick overview of deadlines, and the immediate Gantt Chart function is outstanding. Compared to other software, these features are far less labor-intensive.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the way they organize my demands, It`s easy to use and have a lot of features.
What do you dislike about the product?
They need more integration tools, but the ones we already have are very good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The organization of the proofs, Monday makes this process much faster and organized.
I can't remember how our team got by before we had Monday.com

I've used many project management tools in my career but nothing has been as scalable and flexible as Monday.com

Some of the add-ons are a little finicky.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We call it Monday.calm because it has streamlined our intake process and our ability to manage multiple projects/campaigns without the chaos and confusion we experienced before.

What do you like best about the product?
monday.com is great at handling complex projects and showing them in a simple way. It allows project managers to keep track of projects and be transparent to team members and shareholders.
What do you dislike about the product?
The subscription cost adds up quickly if you want to fully use the software. Some basic features are locked behind a higher payment plan.

It's allowing us to stay organized on our projects.

What do you dislike about the product?
- The version control provisions on Monday.com are not robust enough for working with scripts and code. This has necessitated our reliance on dedicated version control platforms like Gitlab.
- It sometimes takes time to load and is unstable, but it is part and parcel of the tool.
- You can upload files but surprisingly, there is no direct integration with Google Drive. It is also quite difficult to have a hierarchy between projects.

creating boards and being able to move contacts along depending on where they are within our system.

The additional money needed to be able to do certain tasks
