Monday.com for the head of marketing
What do you like best about the product?
I like how monday.com keeps me organized. It is super user-friendly in that it is a more advanced version of Excel. You can make each board as simple or complex as you would like. It is great to use for tracking prospects and seeing where they are in the process.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it cued me to take action based upon the time that has lapsed that I have not contacted a prospect. I wish that it was not just a good place to store data but to also get data out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It keeps all of the prospects and opportunities for revenue our firm has organized. We have many advisors and revenue streams so it helps me with project management of where everything is at.
monday.com is efficient and powerful platform to manage, team, sales, client, projects.
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing is from onboarding data to manage it has many features like Monday form useful in onboarding. It has a timeline, monday doc, due dates, and time tracking features as columns in Boards (tabular format). It offers to connect boards (board relation) features to connect multiple boards also we can mirror columns between connected boards. Visualize board data in the dashboard easily.
It's easy to implement of processes with monday automation between boards monday automation to automate processes between boards and connected boards. Also, We can integrate with other apps easily. It's support friendly CRM for users.

What do you dislike about the product?
There is no dislike about monday.com. But as a developer, we are expecting more API updation like:-
1> Mention the user in the item'update section should be added.
2> Download file only available with an asset ID. Monday doc has object id instead of asset Id. Any possibility to download Monday docs by API.

To track and manage task effectively. Visualize process and data with dashboard very beneficial.

Great PM Tool for IT Consultants
What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to use and set up new projects. I use it everyday and have seamless use overall. We do not have any integrations, however we use the write updates via email really often. Other features that are useful is board sharing to non-monday users, date calculation, hours calculation and cloing items. No complaints overall.
What do you dislike about the product?
The write updates via email email sometimes does not load. Because many of my clients boards have similar items, it is difficult to differentiate them. These are extremely nitpicky, there are no real issues from our side.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It keeps all of our projects and updates in one place. It solves the problem of defining responsibility and accountability for project and project items. It is the source of truth for communication.
Monday.com has become my go-to project management solution
What do you like best about the product?
I find myself using Monday.com on every project. I have tried so many other project management solutions, but none have been as flexible or easy to use. It's like all of the features of the other competing products have been combined into one. As VP of Marketing and Product design, my projects are complicated and laden with detail. Keeping up with all those details in one location has made a significant impact on my workflow. I love the fact that I have access to my project details no matter where I'm at via the mobile app.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the challenges I face with Monday.com is the limited number of color options for groups and drop downs. I would prefer to select from a larger color palette or use a HEX number to identify my projects based on brand colors. I would also like the ability to make all of the groups black. The added colors make the user experience seem too busy and disconnected. The bright colors are great, but they can be distracting. I would just like to see more color options. I would also like the ability to assign projects to people or departments without having to set them up as a user. I am a one man team and this would be helpful to manage tasks using the "My Work" page. It's a way of managing tasks without assigning them to another user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using Monday.com to track the design, development, and marketing asset creation of flooring products. It helps me develop and capture product names, style selections, SKU numbers and track the orders placed with factories in the Asia. I manage the production of artwork for all marketing assets required to promote the flooring products being developed, which includes: Brochures, Labels, Sample Boards, Displays, web pages, QR codes, UPC codes, Installations, Warrranties, etc. I also use Monday.com to manage our Claims Department. It works great a solution to capture all of the details needed to process a claim and make quick decisions.

I love how easily I am able to stay organized. Without Monday I would not know how to approach my day.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not have anything I dislike. I could do a better job at keeping my notes organized.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving my issue of not knowing what my team is working on or what to prioritize.

I don't like how Monday has a cap on items for personal account. I would rather there just be limitations on types of reports.

Constant updates and maintained scheduling is a lot easier since some of us are on different time zones and we are able to seamlessly pick up where other people have left off

What do you like best about the product?
The interface is super easy to navigate and it offers a great deal of customization. Perfect for project management

At times it can be slow and glitchy but overall great

It is a great organizational platform that keeps our projects moving and our processes documented properly.

The ability to create my own labels so that I can organize my thoughts and work.

Wish that there was a "summary" function that I could use when trying to collect data from my columns.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ease in transparency to other people outside of my team that may need some of the statistics from my workload.
Perfect for remote work
What do you like best about the product?
I can track every project that I am working with my team. We are remote workers and use monday.com as the main communication system.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the notifications are a little confuse. Sometimes I miss messages from my colleagues.
