A Work Operating System Applies to Everything in Business
What do you like best about the product?
It's versatility. It can be applied in any aspect of business, ranging from project management, to workflow management, to full scale automated work solutions.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much to dislike. The one issue I've had with it is transitions to and from daylight savings time in terms of when notifications are sent. That may be something though I can control in the profile settings of our account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
monday.com has solved a myriad of problems for our organization. We received the initial wave of value with tranforming workflows that were facilitated through email. We built boards for each workflow that we could find happening in our inboxes, and in short order we had dozens of boards built. This delivered visibility and transparency into the business in ways we'd never seen. Problems tend to subside simply by applying visibility, which translates into accountability.
Smooth Sailing on Monday.com
What do you like best about the product?
I've seen monday.com be used for many business as well as personal projects and it provides a very organized and easy to navigate system for keeping up with projects details. I really like how you can connect google calendar to monday.com forms! It makes our workflow ten times easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like that there's no ability to edit a monday.com form once it is submitted.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping us keep track of every project in each stage that it's in and archives them once they are completed which gives us a great view of how we've been working and how we can improve our systems.

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to create projects to follow through all phases of development that you can custom create and track, and add team members onto those projects too.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not immediately obvious how to find projects again once they've been archived in your account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving the problem that we had in trying to successfully assign projects to team members and being able to track due dates and project milestones in completing elements related to the due dates.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of organizing tasks, the interaction among the team in projects, and the effective monitoring of the entire concept.
What do you dislike about the product?
the Kanban board does not match our reality
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The time control and the ease of monitoring processes remotely, with pop-ups on the cell phone in real time through the APP, greatly help in tracking updates.
Good Platform to Collaborate with Team Members
What do you like best about the product?
easily able to collaborate back and forth with team members. Tools in place to customize views, Gantt charts, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unable to see other team board unless I have access. Sometimes I am shared things from the marketing team that I need to see, but unable to without full access.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of different projects, current status, and who is currently assigned to the items
Monday is an effective organization tool and streamlined way of delegating tasks
What do you like best about the product?
Using it everyday i find it easy to use, very intuitive. At a glance it is something that any empolyee new or old can intergrate and attapt to using it properly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly have no critiques. After using Monday.com at my last job, I knew it was something I would want to implement at my current job.

Orginizing all our various jobs and thier respective deadlines between all areas of production

Budget management, project/task management, etc.
Smooth Systems
What do you like best about the product?
The color coding, the automations, and the functionality. It is aesthetically pleasing to the eye
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be slow or go down sometimes. Other than that it is pretty good overall.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of who is working on what parts of the project. It is a smooth baton pass off between teams.
I absolutely love Monday.com
What do you like best about the product?
It's super convenient and modern to use in the office. I can easily prioritise my tasks for the day, set a deadine for each task, specify the client I'm managing tasks with and keep the track of progression of the project with simple status updates. It's also helpful for upcoming projects tracking and to make sure nothing stays behind my attention.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the mobile app version isn't as good as the desktop one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It saves us all from making separate notes in the team. Also, the opportunity of tagging each other on the project status and having a small conversations there saves us the need to have another app for separate chats. It's especially convenient for WFH teams, as you can quickly check whatever you need without the need to setting up a call.
I love MONDAY
What do you like best about the product?
As a project manager, Monday helps keep all collaborators up to speed. I like that I can export the board to share as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Mostly, I just need more training to benefit from all of it's features.

Communication and resources all in one place has helped create efficiencies for us.
