Amazing for Team Organization and Company Record Keeping
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is easy to use and offers invaluable collaborating tools that keeps my team organized and the teams I work with in great communication with each other. We're able to keep projects up to date, share the information easily and track timelines/statuses with ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
Organizing groups of items could be improved upon.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com helps solve communication break downs by easily allowing our teams to set up projects and track tasks for each team member.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com has been a game changer for our marketing agency. We use it for project management, time keeping, employee training, employee praise and comradery, management reporting, time reporing, client reporting and social media posting.
Our entire team uses Monday.com com every day. It is very intuitive, the sample board library is a great jumping off point but the ability to customize and link third-party apps makes it even stronger.

I wish we could track and timekeep at the subtask level.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It keeps the team accountable for client projects; it keeps managers accountable and aware of the team's bandwidth. We are able to manage both people, projects, and client expectations more efficiently and effectively.

As a project manager in advertising, we connected Monday to Jira, however this has not always been easy or 100% compatible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The platform provides a visual and customizable interface that allows you to design boards based on your specific needs. Here's a general overview of how you can use Monday.com for assigning tasks and checking queues

Monday comes out-of-the-box with greate templates, but you can customize and automate anything.

I wish we could lock boards down with tighter permissions without having to upgrade.

Great product, getting better all the time
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of creating Boards, the interface is easy to use. The automations are super helpful and the templates and column pre-sets also help make managing Boards and teams easy. We use it daily for capacity managment and project management. The new AI feature is also really useful
What do you dislike about the product?
No real downsides to Monday.com, except perhaps it's a bit too pricy for us to upgrade to Enterprise (which would be amazing!)

Monday.com has helped us get rid of multiple spreadsheets as it does so much. It really helps us manage team workload and projects.

What do you like best about the product?
My team Monday.com, as it helps us organize our processes in a seamless way! We went from 3 platforms down to one, using this application. Monday.com integrates well with existing systems, like Excel, Teams, and many more! We would recommend any organization to use this app!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only recommendation is to allow multiple admins for one sign in. This may have been corrected, but that is all I can come up with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There is not much I can think of.

Monday.com is a single location for me to find the details and status of all my jobs to execute.

There are some times there is too much info.

Solves my deadline communication. Solves my job details in one location to execute a job. I don't have to fish through emails. It's a one-stop shop.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday is the main tool we use for keeping our team up to date, tracking projects, goals, content we use on a daily basis. Our team supports 100's of clients and its imperative to have accurate information available to our agents.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to report, they are very open on feedback and enhancement requests.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday is a tool that support multiple needs for my teams. Documents, information storage, workflows and key processes, task management and accountability.
An elevated workflow experience
What do you like best about the product?
Monday is great. It is super user friendly and makes work management far easier to navigate compared to others. I love that it's colorful, inviting, and overrall just really easy to organize projects. It has a ton of features and integrations, many of which are very useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that really stands out to me is that once the board has a lot of projects, things seem to slow down quite a bit. I know that this is something that Monday has worked on in the past, and it's not a massive deal or hinderance in my opinion. I think that it would also be nice to be able to reply to a reply.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday solves the problem of traditional spreadsheet-based work management that many rely on by offering a modern approach to workflows. Integrations, ease of use, navigation, etc.

I use Monday.com as my day to day task management and planning tool - the interface is intuitive and super useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if you could drag and drop subtasks to different groups.

Having a single source of truth; providing a place for global teams to share information that can be asynchronously consumed and responded to by regional teams across time zones
