What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is easy to use, customize, and share info amongst different processes throughout the sales cycle.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few times I've wanted to filter data very specifically, and the capability from monday wasn't there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our prior CRM didn't have the ability to data share / customize specifically for people within our organization's job. Monday.com allows us to all input and track data how is best for our roles and allows us the opportunity to work together collaboratively.
User-friendly, comprehensive tool for making project management fun!
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com make it easy (and fun!) for my team to manage our workload, organize projects, brainstorm and stay on track. Our onboarding process was really great, I appreciate that we were able to utilize the full product in the trial, making it easy to create our platform and roll right into using it after the trial ended without the need to recreate anything. Support has been great when I've used them and I appreciate the transparency on product updates and the constant improvements. Monday.com has transformed the way my team organizes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally, I'll have an idea for an automation and the logic required to make it work either does not exist or there is not a straightforward way to achieve it. A relatively minor issue and not something that totally impacts my workflow, but it can be frustraitng.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Eliminating silos between our team members and allowing for a transparent view of workloads.
Excellent project management platform
What do you like best about the product?
We use Monday regularly. Our team finds it simple to implement, and helpful to promote easy workflow tracking and communicatino among remote team members. I've found the customer support team fantastic.
What do you dislike about the product?
The nonprofit qualification applicaiotn process could be clearer. A checklist would be great

For most, Monday.com is easy to use and clients often find the boards and timelines helpful. However, the platform's extensive range of features may require some time for users to fully explore and leverage, potentially leading to a steeper learning curve for those who are new to project management tools. I would not let this deter anyone from diving in because once you learn the ropes, it is worth it!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Client communication and CRM storage of information for vast web projects. Clients and team members alike find Monday.com easy to use and has reduced the amount of client phone calls by 80% because most questions they have about the project and it updates can be found on their Monday.com dashboard!
Lifesaver for the unorganized creative
What do you like best about the product?
Being a creative person, my desk was covered with post-its and highlighted tasks. One of my weaknesses is that I'm a little unorganized. When my company incorporated Monday to our project management, it was a game changer! What I love best is how I can manage my own to-do with excurtiation detail (if I want) or it can be super simple. I also love how it can incorporate other team members across multiple boards so everyone is on the same page, and everyone is held accountable for their projects. The ability to decide notifications, columns, subtasks, timelines, priority, etc. really allow you to customize the project down to the details. It also allows us to be super efficient and track progress, as well as conversations. It cuts down on the re-work and bother team members for little things when everything is documented. I use it everydy, and the window is always open.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's hard getting everyone on the team to incorpoare it into their work flow - but thats not a Monday problem, thats a person problem. Monday does a great job of providing training videos. I am having a hard time finding something I do not like.... it has really helped me. I guess it can just be a little overwhelming sometimes with options, but I rely on my manager to set up automations and such, so I dont need to worry to much about doing the harder part which is structuring the project.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Holding everyone accountable! Setting deadlines and checking off items is a big help. Its also keeping me much more organized and saving trees with the amount of paper I am saving :)

What do you like best about the product?
I like the overall architecture, easy to use and understand, can help team get the message quickly and efficiently. It also helped tremendously on the project management side to make sure I don't miss any important tasks on my plate.
What do you dislike about the product?
The features are too many for a task for example, a lot of the times we do not need to fill in all the information of a task. Another thing I found confusing is everytime I get an email notification and click into the task, I tried to click on 'go-back' to see the entire ticket or where it is located, but it doesn't take me back and I always need to click from the email again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
keeping up with projects, things on my plate, and my tasks that are affecting people's tasks downstream.

Really good UX.
My favourite thing is that it has made a massive difference to my time management and makes it very easy to prioritise tasks from various projects on a daily basis.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com keeps our team organized and up to date on project status. The platform serves as our central location for client data and helps us streamline opportunities in our business development pipeline. We appreciate the ease of use and find that the platform improves cross-team collaboration.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although there are not many, my top dislike about the platform is difficulty with integrations, especially a lack of integration options. Personally, my organization has had to use third party platform like Zapier to integrate data and the cleanup process ends up becoming very time consuming.

Monday.com is solving the problem of communication gaps that exist in our organization. It helps us store the latest information in one central location so that all of team members are aware of the opportunity status and can collaborate to accomplish the next action item.
A more modern take on Excel
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to operate and navigate. Lots of different program features, very personalizable.
What do you dislike about the product?
You need to contact someone specialized to have more complex functions if you need them.

It's helping me keep track of all of my upcoming events and my progress.
