Very helpful platform and user friendly

What do you like best about the product?
I use Monday.com daily. It has helped my company track the life cycle of our clients from the initial sales conversation, to signing an official agreement, to Onboarding, to project management, to eventual LOI signing and to the eventual sale of the company.

It has also helped us to create Human Resources forms so that we can track Time Off Requests, Reimbursement Requests, etc.

The platform makes it relatively easy to move pieces of information from one board to another and from one workspace to another.

Monday.com also offers helpful "automations" that allow the platform to send automated email alerts to team members when a task has been updated or completed. The "automations" integrate with many platforms that we already use (Gmail, Google Drive, Zoom), which is also extremely helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice to offer sub-items within sub-items. Right now, when creating items within a group, we can only go one sub-item deep. We aren't able to create sub-items beneath sub-items.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The automations that Monday.com offers are very helpful in that they can be set up to automatically alert team members when a task has been updated or is complete.

What do you like best about the product?
Automation when statuses are changed have been great for what I use it for. Keeps things seamless and neat.
What do you dislike about the product?
Calendar view for our bigger locations needs larger view windows. I have to switch to week view in order to see all the projects at a glance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Seamless when ordering my material. As the statuses change I can very quickly see what the next steps are for each project.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and not as expensive as some other CRM's.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of customer service support. Continue to have billing issues which causes my sales rep to lose access each month until i update billing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping customer emails up to date and scheduling my sales reps routes.

Monday is the best project management software

What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can see all my projects at a glance and divide them up into business departments. it's easy to use and love that you can add logic to boards. If I didn't have Monday I wouldn't know how to find projects that need completed. We use the form feature for our employees to submit projects and then assign to our people from that form.
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently there's nothing negative we can say about it.

Incredible business tool for tracking costs and productivity

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com keeps track of timelines, billable amounts and history. It is particularly beneficial to me to be able to extract excel spreadsheets from the program.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside to Monday is that "emailed items" history does not moved across all boards when our final movement sends the jobs to two different boards (commission and billing). The information is lost in one of the boards. Also, if an automation is created to move items from one board to a "commission board" and a "billing board", and an adjustment is required on the moved item (ie: a billable amount), it would be great if the "commission board" and "billing board" mirrored each other rather an manually adjusting both boards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com keeps track of earnings and totals for commissions earned by the estimators. It takes away the manual work. It allows others within the company to view the productivity with ease.

Favorite program to stay organized!

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is ideal for keeping everyone up to date on the status of all things! It is easy to use, update, and provides one place for things to stay organized. It can be applied to such a variety of applications - from individual to-do lists/tasks, keeping important information available for everyone, track status of jobs and so much more! The automations are a huge time saver too. I don't know how we ever did it with Monday.com. Would definitely recommend!
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything I dislike about monday.com and feel like I'm always coming across new ways to incorporate it into our workflow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com has helped resolve the mystery of who files are with at any particular instance which allows us to better update our clients. With so many clients, it provides a centralized place to add notes, view status, and communicate with team members all in one place. This is a huge time and sanity saver!

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to track your individual workload and automation for mving things around is reall useful. Easy to setup and add members and groups to projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
The timer can sometimes be a little finnicky. Having to select a from and to time can be frustrating if I just want to add a couple of hours on a task.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Purely time management is benefitting me the most along with the gantt charts.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and customization for every aspect of our business. We easily integrated our entire pipeline into Monday. We use it for every day tasks.

The reliance on internet service makes it a little risky in case there is no service

What do you like best about the product?
Organizing my day-to-day tasks and collaborating with teammates. I use it every day and wouldn't do without it, replacing paper very well and at least it keeps track of everything done. You can easily integrate other apps into it and attach the relevant documents to each task. It is super easy to use and understand.
What do you dislike about the product?
When you set a column to be sorted by date it does not save it, I have to click on it everyday so it sorts my tasks in order of deadline urgency.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Put documents available to teammates in one place and attach to the relevant task/project. Helps me stay organized and see my tasks in order of urgency.

Sometimes its not user friendly, when things are changed or deleted, if its done by accident, its hard to retrieve the item.
