The best tool we've onboarded in years
What do you like best about the product?
Monday has greatly improved our company's efficiency and our effectiveness in managing teams across the our organization. Real time oversight of collaborative projects via highly cutomizable boards, cross departmental communication, archiving of data and the platform's steady addition of functional features have all made Monday.com indespensable.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tutorial process could be improved. It would be great to see a filter process that could be applied to items in a group rather than just the columns.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com has made accountabilty much clearer with it's robust messaging capabilities. It has also allowed our organization to use boards as the primary location for many of our resources and training tools.

Monday.com is an amazing project management tool, it works well to organize individuals as well as your entire team.

It can become a bit too expansive at times, which can be overwhelming to some

its flexibility to customize on where your gonna use it and its really very useful for collaboration. It has a lot of function their customer support is easy to reach as well they can even create a training for your own support if the client request that. It is very easy to use since it is very on point usage.

as of the moment I can say I have since everything is perfect for working remotely
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
firstly is how would you manage to work with a team mate in terms of collaboration of many data you can even comment on whats going on every task you have which is very useful and you can see who is online at the moment which is very cool.
Multi-Projects Management made visibly easier
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to create many different subjects while administering who has access to each; who can contribute and/or is responsible for each; and a very easy communications-integration system of keeping all relevant parties informed of progress, challenges, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only "challenge" I face daily while using Monday.com is the literal scrolling within a "subject board" when moving about that board from left to right. It is a free-flowing movement, and at times a little irritating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For a large organization such as ours (multi-national), the ability of our staff to collaberate across multiple time zones is phenomenal. Key team members can and do work together within MONDAY.com boards and projects we set up without having additional (endless) separate emails to be able to communicate effectively with other team members, supervisors, etc. This is both a time-saver/productivity increaser, and reduces electronic communications considerably that may well become disjointed due to the sheer volume of them.

Endless features and customization for any business. keeps things in one place without scrambling through paperwork.
What do you dislike about the product?
would be nice to disable chats in updates and change the item name. other than that if there is a problem or limitation you learn to adjust to your needs.

Monday is allowing my department's to be more transparent for upper managment, gather reports and check on our productivity. we stay more organized with this platform

What do you like best about the product?
information exchanged in real time, the user-friendliness of the tools, and the variety of solutions offered. A real increase in the efficiency of the organization's management, regardless of its size or field of activity!!

I love everything about MONDAY!!! I manage to meet all my clients' expectations.

This allows me to create a workspace for each of my clients in which I create management, project management, and task tools for them.

The way we can organize our to do list and interct with ourselves.

Some bugs on notifications that impact our daily activities, ie, when it doesn't show the notifications or the interections.

Monday is solving our planing and daily interaction with many teams. The benefit is that I can have the big picture of the company.
