Great platform to organize work tasks
What do you like best about the product?
I like how you can organize things into catagories and create an action plan for each task
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like a time tracker for my hours, possibly a start and stop timer

prioritising my tasks and organizing them so that i can leave work behind when i log off
Monday has been our software of choice for the last 3 years - its great!
What do you like best about the product?
Monday offers a really logical system for organising the tasking with my team member. I find it easy to search for items, and the colour coding helps to keep everything organised.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't been able to get the repeating of tasks working, I'd like it to be more intuitive to use.
There are a number of additional widgets and add-ons that you can use, but they all are at additional cost.

Automations and integrations are only included on standart+ plans and have maximum monthly actions.

It helps in organizing and prioritizing tasks, making it easier for our team to focus on important assignments and meet deadlines. Visual representations, such as boards and timelines, aid in tracking progress.

It helps teammates organize processes and recourses needed for team projects, short-term and long term.

If you create too many dashboards, it can be difficult to find a specific project update.

It helps our organization with interdepartmental project management and communication.
Self Explanatory System with Easy Navigation
What do you like best about the product?
My company predominately uses Monday.com for it's file storage. We are construction company with approximately 100 employees and 200 active projects at any given point. Monday.com is AMAZING for document storage and keeping everyhng organized. We transitioned for Viewpoint for Projects and the ease implementation was incredible. I used monday.com daily for various things from contract review, organziing projects we are bidding, and even locked HR files that only specific people on my team has access to!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that I haven't found super easy to use are the automated notifications. I would like to specifically do them for employment anniversaries with an automated annual reminder.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com solvles so many organizational and communication things. It's an easy to use collaborative software that allows for clear communication on specific topics and projects.
Increased Communication Between Small Team
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is great with increasing communication between our team of 6 without having to leave our work area. Notifications are instant on Monday and to my email.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a way to showcase multiple weeks worth of our delivery board when integrated with Salesforce.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Auto uploading information to our delivery board has been helpful and has saved lots of time.

As a CRM, it is a phenomenal tool and the KPI graphic reports are excellent.
