What do you like best about the product?
The file share capablilty is really easy to use. We are able to implement changes across teams and trace progress every day. We integrated with Slack too and its one of many features that keeps frequency of use high. The customer support is great as the product up-time is flawless.

It can feel like micro managment if the benefits aren't explained

We can collaborate and jot ideas down, and track the progress of projects to meet deadlines

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to have multiple types of boards and collaborate across different teams. Automations are great too. Super easy to use. I just learnt it on the go.
What do you dislike about the product?
No anything major but need more integrations with Microsoft suite.

We are not losing any info, everything centralise. End of long loop of mailing and allow us to delete some weekly

The easiness of communication and collaboration on Monday makes it beneficial to use having remote workers, and 2 offices in different states.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a more concise way to see who edited or deleted certain items.

What do you like best about the product?
The Monday.com platform provides a wide range of tools to innovate operational processes. It allows the construction of contact databases, inventory control for inputs, creation of checklists for large document sets, workload measurement, configuration of metrics for user activities, and various other possibilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
While it resembles an Excel spreadsheet in many ways, it is not as easy to undo a mistaken action, and the limitation of the row-and-column model can hinder the development of more ambitious ideas.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com has enabled all processes to be properly documented, thereby providing a better understanding for anyone who joins "midway" through a project. This avoids a lot of rework and serves almost like a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), ensuring standardized actions for the same processes.

There are some functions that we wish Monday.com had but doesn't.

Transperancy on the projects for stakeholders to view real time.

It can be useful for creating lists and prioritising particular tasks in an itemised way.

I find navigation can be a bit ungainly if it's heavily populated.

It creates a centralised area for multidisciplinary teams to pool their resources.

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to collaborate in a wider team and manage own work flow well. It's nice to have the option to create custom status' on projects, so others and yourself can gauge progress at a glace.
Being able to make notes and comments on projects are also handy, as we can look back at past projects and review notes, this is especially handy for the future, if another team member is picking up the task.
It's very easy and clear to use, and has alot of features which make it very customisable to different companies needs.

What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything i particularly dislike about Monday.com itself, however I think at the early stages our team did not set up boards and projects in the most effective way, so now it can feel a bit clunky, or harder to find information. However, this is our fault rather than Monday.com's as it has alot of tools, especially where integration is concerned.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For us, Monday.com is creating a clear way for our team to keep up with projects assigned by our manager, so we can see what is expected of us, when it is required and at the same time also provides us with tech packs for us to create a project. It helps me keep track of what status each project is at, and also informs my manager if he wants to glance at my tasks.
It's also helpful for me to check my colleagues tasks, so I can see if they are struggling and need help to keep on track.
Before Monday.com, we had to try do all this manually and verbally, which was very tricky and time consuming, especially when our deadlines have a tendancy to shift often, and miscommunications can be made.

Keeps Everything Tracked and Everyone Accountable
What do you like best about the product?
Monday keeps track of all of my individual tasks. It is the first place I go in the morning and the last place I check at night to prioritize my work. And it's easy to use. Many non-tech people successfuly learned this program on the fly during crunch time.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have many teams with many boards, and it's not always easy to find where certain things are tracking that I may need to reference.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com shows where each content item is in the publishing process. The comment cards are a huge help in being able to see the history of work and being able to tag people to let them know you need their help or approval. And everyone on the team can see these, so it keeps people accountable for their participation in the process. Plus, we have metrics of how long items take to move through each stage of production.
