A really easy way of managing tasks
What do you like best about the product?
I use Monday frequently. The file share space has been great for managing assests. Also when we use Monday for meeting agendas, we are able to track progression of points with ease of implemention. Customer support has always been swift.
What do you dislike about the product?
From a customer support aspect, the features and ease of itegration leaves a little to be desired.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It creates accountability and ownership of tasks, as well as being able to easily track progress to help achieve deadlines.

Love the platform. It helps keep the entire team on the same sheet of music.

The mobile app sometimes doesn't upload all the data for all users.

Best Way to track PROJECTS
What do you like best about the product?
It is a very useful tool to track the various steps of our project. It also sends us reminder when our project deadline is approaching. We can attach emails to our project steps which is really benefcial when we are tracking it after so many days.
What do you dislike about the product?
We need to explore the monday.com features on regular basis, so there should be tutorials for the same.

It makes easy to track down all the steps in our projects

Monday.com easily creates a readable Gantt chart with dependencies; my customers appreciate the clarity as opposed to Gantt charts generated by other programs or Excel bar charts.

No more need for to do lists, keeping e-mails as a reminder. I use the tool daily to keep track of larger projects but also smaller to do's. Everything is in 1 place.

It takes a while setting up your boards and getting it to where you want.

We work in teams that not always are in the same location. This is the perfect tool to keep everyone informed of the progress and makes sure everyone has the same information.

I hope there's a template of employees taking annual leave, and it will send an email to you saying that this person is taking leave on this date or tomorrow (reminder).
