What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com has truly revolutionized our team's collaboration. What stands out the most is its user-friendly interface – sleek and intuitive, making task management a breeze.The customization options are a game-changer, allowing us to tailor workflows precisely to our needs. What do you like best about the product?
We are using Monday.com since February full stream and it made our lives so much easier. The workflow is better and the team addapted easy to working on it. The automations make less work and help alot with things that was done manually previously. Having the app also helps keeping up to date with notifications when not infront of the computer.
What do you dislike about the product?
We suffer alot of Loadshedding (being without power and wifi) in South Africa and it sometime make it difficult if you dont have a off line viewing option.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had billing issue when changing banks, but Monday.com solved immediatly. We struggled starting but found lots of tutorials that helped a lot setting it up and creating boards etc
makes it easy to monitor your sales activities and plan your sales

What do you like best about the product?
I find the platform's visual and intuitive interface helpful for organizing tasks, projects, and workflows. The drag-and-drop functionality makes it easy to use and customize. I also like how the platform provides features for team collaboration, communication, and file sharing. This can enhance transparency and streamline communication within a team.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Monday.com aims to provide an intuitive interface, some of our staff may experience a learning curve, especially when implementing complex workflows or utilizing advanced features. Training and onboarding is usually necessary for optimal use.

Being able to create a CRM systmen and a task tracking tool in one place
Monday has helped us organize the myriad of tasks we have in a very visual and interactive format.
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com allows us to keep all of our projects organized. In a way, it has eliminated internal e-mails. It's a common source for everybody to collaborate and be up to date on all the projects.

Sometimes I have a hard time finding the right board and/or the tasks I need to work on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com helped us eliminate internal e-mails. We use Monday.com as a central repository of communication for each company project. All updates are posted on Monday.com and it helps us keep people accountable.
Monday.com has been a Game-Changer
What do you like best about the product?
It is the most user-friendly and smooth workflow program I've ever had the pleasure of using. Our whole team does not know how we survived without it. We can have complete confidence that no task gets missed and our compliance is always 100%
What do you dislike about the product?
My only gripe would be accessing help means waiting for an email from the US which, with the time difference, means we don't get a response until our next business day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Workflow Mangement is the main thing we use Monday.com for and it has turned our business around. It means nothing gets missed and all stakeholders are kept in the loop and held accountable where needed.
We also use it for Project Management which is such a great tool for keeping on track and on budget.

Extremely flexible with automations. Supercharges workflow and communication within our team

Automations are sometimes limiting with what is possible at the time, but usually features will come down the track

Communication and automating what used to be manual tasks, giving operators more ownership
It has been incredible helpful in staying productive and keeping track of jobs

It helps me stay organised on completed and jobs in progress.

There isn't really anything that I dislike.

Creating less email chains about jobs work in progress and its easy for multiple people to view where a job is at.
